I pay aflac disability claims all the time, it usually takes about 7 days to get the first check if everyone's doing their part. Your employer might be holding up the works. Aflac needs proof you're missing work, and that comes from your employer.
I've had a few employers put it off because they don't want to fill out a simple few lines for the aflac agent to fax to hq.
Take it from this Packer fan - Aflac pays like a slot machine! If you're eligible, then you've got money coming! FAST!
