Original order was to be free trial but was charged for other items totalling $44.95 . Returned all items after cancelling any further business with this co. Cancelled and accepted by said company . On Dec.10 they again debited my

account in the amount of $39.95 . On Jan 05 they credited my account for the original shipment less the shipping and handeling so I immediately contacted them informing the absence of the credit of $39.95 . I was

informed that I was charged for this additional amount for a second bottle shipped prior to my cancellation and I never returned said bottle and thus I owed this amount . I in turn informed them again and again that there never

was a second bottle and ask for the shipping information on this bottle . Since then they have elected to ignore my requests . I have tried to no avail to aquire the shipping information so I could trace such package . I have

emailed each week since then and now am going to send all information to the Atorney General, the post office office and the BBB in that area . To all of you that have this complaint ( of which I note there are many ) will consider

doing the same , If we all work together we can not only be given credit due but also stopping any further such activity by this " company " .
