UK Mobile Store took order for memory chip and on email confirmation said it was in stock. They immediately took money from the card. Two days later they emailed saying goods were despatched.
As the goods had not arrived in two days and they were supposed to be on a premiun next day service I contacted them by email. After the third email sent got a reply blaming the post office.
Mant more emails sent with no response. Rang the contact number and was told that the items had not been sent as they were not in stock. Promised refund and confirmed in email. No money was received.
Rang again after four days and was told another story about not knowing I wanted a refund. Said would do the refund immediately. Retailer sent email confirming that the refund had been done. No money received.
Retailer does not answer emails or the phone
