Amir advertises Ailment Wellnes as a leader in anti-aging when in fact he has only been treating patients for two years. Amir Pakpour is not a doctor but a business owner who pays the dr. Dean to do what he wants him to. Ailment Wellness mostly a pain management clinic and Amir Pakpour is nothing more then a legalized drug dealer.
The truth is that Cenegenics is the leader in the anti-aging industry lead by dr. Life who wrote the book on it. There is a location in almost every major city. I would not trust ailment wellness because dr. Dean has only been practicing anti-aging as well as hCg for less then a year. In other words he really doesn't know the long term outcome as Cenegenics would know. Furthermore,Amir Pakpour tells people he is a doctor I have a few of my friends that he lead them to believe he was the dr. He is not he barely made it out of high school. I was disappointed with the service and shocked by the outrages lies and claims Amir Pakpour makes on behalf of Ailment Wellness. Stay away from this clinc so much of what has been said and done seems to be a fraud. I finally found a better doctor that charges much less then Amir does. 1200 for six weeks hCg vs 380 for six weeks at Shapefast in Bowie Md.
I went to Ailment Wellness for hCg and two of my friends went all of us were treated the same way. Amir Pakpour will take your money and he as well as dr. Dean could careless about the outcome in the six week treatment.
doc and service was bad. Amir and the doc take your money and never follows up on the hcg weight loss treatment. Poor customer service. He did the same thing to two other people. He is not professional. Don't go. Not worth it. Google hCg and Bowie or Gaithersburg you will get better service.

No Amir ... I am not afraid of you suing me. I might end up with some money from you. Just washing my hands of losers. Time reveals all things and anyone with half a brain could research the above statements and find out the truth on their own. I am acting as the civil one bowing out of a bad/toxic situation. All the best to you Amir or David .. I have left it all to a higher justice to prevail in this situation. Focusing my energies now on positive outcomes as opposed to no win situations that I constantly found myself in with you.

I am the original author of this report and I wanted to update this report by stating that there was a misunderstanding and as such I made a mistake in the information written below. Amir Pakpour is actually an expert in the field of anti-aging of which I recently learned about. In discussing, his anti-aging clinic and many years of experience I realize I was mistaken he has been involved with this treatment for many years and is one of the industries leaders in treating patients with their anti-aging needs. In addition, he does help patients with pain management but not from a legalized drug dealer perspective as stated before but from a sincere desire to want to help patients struggling or suffering from pain. Not many family practitioners would take on the risk of helping patients struggling with pain management considering the risks involved. Amir Pakpour cares greatly for each patient and works 24 and 7 to accomodate their needs. Amir is one of the the rare few willing to take on the risk in order to assist patients struggling with these issues. Dr. Dean has taken great care of these patients as well and works hard in helping patients. The team at Ailment Wellness as a whole goes above and beyond to help patients with their pain medication needs, anti-aging treatment and/or weight loss goals. Please disregard the previous report and the ignorance there of. Ailment Wellness guided by Amir Pakpour is a unique industry leader in that he has single handedly taken on a great responsibility with great care. Please remember this section of the report to be a true testament to the character of Ailment Wellness and Amir Pakpour.
