"Aim Cosmetics" also known as "Artistry In Motion" is a makeup line that the owner has in Harlem, NY. She did not, I repeat DID NOT create "her" line of makeup herself. Everything she sells is private labeled (she buys the stuff and puts her name on it which anyone can do) from a large makeup/skincare manufacturers/wholesalers like "Your Name Cosmetics", "LadyBurd Cosmetics", "Pinnacle Cosmetics", Audrey Morris Cosmetics", "Classic Cosmetics", "Colorlab Cosmetics", "Precious Cosmetics" and many other are examples of companies anyone can buy from and "private label" as their own products which Aim Cosmetics in Harlem has obviously done. (Simply, Google: Private Label Cosmetic Manufacturers and you'll see for yourself!) Those product lines that people buy from in order to private label and re-sell their products are garbage and of horrible quality. Horrible pigment, does not last, does not stay on all day, no long wear time, watered down skincare products that don't work and more problems. You could basically get MUCH BETTER and HIGHER QUALITY cosmetics and skincare products at your local corner drug store! Actually I would only recommend using cosmetics found in Mxxx's or Bxxxxxxx's, brands like Mxx, Nxxx, Sxxxxxxx, Bxxxx Bxxxx, Exxxx' Lxxxxx (((REDACTED))) and others you may find that are only located at Sephora or a cosmetic counter in Mxxx's Bxxxxxxxxxxx's and the like.
AVOID PURCHASING PRIVATE LABEL COSMETICS!!! Stick with the major brands...
Also AVOID Aim Cosmetics' "Custom Blended Mineral Makeup Powder" because it never comes out the right shade of color and is very dry and not silky like other brands. Also stains clothing and will not wash out easily without paying for dry cleaning. AVOID at all cost, especially if you are sensitive to powders or makeup.

Private lable cosmetics

In your comments you state this company uses private label products. Which in itself makes it not a rip off. You may not be saisfide with the products but this does not make it a rip off. Your commnets are more of an oppionion that fact. I have never heard of this comapny but, they are not doing anything worng if they are using private label.
Private label companeis are not just comapanies that make products for just anyone. In many cases you have to be a buiness owner or licenced beauty pro. Many private label companies use the same manufacturers and same products as your high end brands. I use to work for a hair care company like this and they made products for big names. So to state not to buy from private lable is misinformation on your part. The company I worked for also made thier own line as well as private lableing. You would be surprised to find some of your top name companies do not make thier own products. Its about sales and marketing. This is a common practice in the beauty industry as well as most all consumer products.
Many salons and makeup artist use private label products as a way to market thier own name and build there buisness. This does not mean they are a rip off. They are providing a product that in most cases are better or more affordable to clients. Private labeling allows them to have a wide array of color choices and build their own brand.
As a makeup arts and in the fashion indsutry for over 16 years I know many makeup artist that are doing this so they can build thier company in a more customized way. I mayself have used many of the product companies you name. Most of them are very reputable and highly recomended companies in the beauty indsutry.
