Air Gun Warehouse, Inc Next Day Air Scam Internet

As a follow up to the turmoil these thieves have caused. We received the package this morning only to find out that the item wasnt shipped until the day it was supposed to have arrived. We ordered the air gun on 9/9/2009....paid an additional $57.00 to have the gun shipped the next business day (9/10/2009). The gun did not ship until 9/11/2009 only after we started calling. End result......the company made an additional $40.00 net profit through the bogus charge (assuming they paid 20.00 for regular shipping). After 20+ calls, 20+ emails, they have still failed to make contact or offer any explanation. This was an 11 year old kid's birthday present. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE CRIMINALS. Its only a matter of time before they start stealing the entire order. They have an established pattern of this practice. I guess they assume that because of the small charges, no one will complain. Jennifer Harvey, Tyler, Texas can be found on facebook. The business address is actually a home at the corner of Seven League and Turlte Creek Road in Tyler Texas. Note the dog pen in the back yard. If you are a victim of the people, you can report this crime to the Smith County Sherriff's office. I spoke with a detective and they can file criminal charges if several more victims come forward.

It appears as though Rick Harvey is the President of this company. After several more phone calls today, no response from Rick Harvey.

We have spoken with the local law enforcement agency in Tyler Texas. This business is located in the county and has been identified by the Sheriff there. I am in the process of gathering the names of other victims of this scam. This morning, we found through UPS management, that the package wasnt shipped until yesterday after the company started receiving phone calls and emails. The package should have arrived yesterday as we paid the 57.00 overnight fee. This business is running a scam pocketing the overnight fee it charges it's customers. Its only a matter of time before it starts outright theft in not shipping at all. The business does not have live employees nor do they return phone calls. Below is the only response we received. They clearly blame UPS on its lack of data updates when in reality they didnt ship until yesterday. I plan to pursue through both civil and criminal courts there as this inolves and 11 year old boy's birthday present. The child waited at the door yesterday...waiting on his airsoft gun to arrive. The company never acknowledged late shipment.
