Airpsplat Thieves, Liars and the worst company in the world to work with.... Arcadia California

I will make this short. A few months ago my grandchild wanted to purchase an airsoft rifle. We sat down together and tried to place an order. The order was placed and each time we put our credit card number in it refused us and said that it did not go through. This happened two times and on the third time it went through. Since I actually used my debit card, I immediately checked on line to see if it worked. Not only did it work, but my card was deducted 3 times.

I called the company all day and a got a busy signal. When i finally got through, I got a recording and was told to hang on, I did, until after 1/2 an hour later when I got a dial tone. This happened two times. Meanwhile I wrote over and over again, (emails) asking them not to send anything. (I have all these emails). the next day I went to my Bank, that I just opened the account, and asked them to stop this until this was taken care of. This small bank here in NY called Trustco Bank took the info. Two weeks later after many calls the bank told me they do not get involved. So they would not help. In fact, they made it worse or else I would have put a stop on it. At least I would have been ahead $7.

Meanwhile, they shipped the packages to me and I just refused them. They told me to accept them and I should ship them back and pay for them. They claim they did not get my messages or my email within the 24 hours allotted, which is a lie as California is 3 hours behind and I started with the message and calling 10:00 eastern time. They sent all packages from California to NY. This went back and forth over and over with emails and I was told by the woman named Tammy that she was not allowed to use the phone to call me she is in customer service. What kind of company is this?

I finally got the approx $266.00 credit for the purchasers when they received the guns back, but they did not credit the $112.00 in shipping. I have notified the better Business Bureau in CA but never heard from them. Because they are online they get to screw you and there is nothing I can do but never buy from them again.

I never got an invoice or copy of the invoices so I don't even know what price is correct?

Does anyone have any suggestions? How can I get this money for the freight back? I have all the letters from them and the copies of my statements showing credits and payments. Any ideas?
