i'm an victom of this company my story is the same as the 75 compants that i so far have read. i'm going to file a law suit with this company there are to many people going though this. just copy and paste all the complains on this reprt and there i am. so far i have gotten ahold of the BBB and the new name they are using now hasn't gotten any complaint as of today 6-11-2008 so i made one.
that name is colon supplements-aka colon cure -nubody i have done everything that i have read with the bank and credit card. i called over and over. there is the address i have from utoh-nevada-greensboro nc. i'm not going to stop entill this company knows that they cant treat people this way.
all they do when there to many complaints with that company name they make a new company name and buisnes goes on and people are stuck. if i wasn't so made i would be sad its a money pit i cant seem to get out of with all the overdraft fees and trying to make up that money and the domino goes over and over.

I done some more digging on this company and found out that the phone # given BBB report is a fax # please go on there and pull up the company name colon cure. the customer service # line is by shoretel. aka. call srvice center. the address given in the report is a mail center i think thats why they refuse all in coming packages. Huh. you think. for weeks they gave me a tracking # colon cure did, i called the post office said every time i called it wasn't in there system, this went on for week all the while calling to cacel the order.
they haven't shipped out yet, the post office they say, colon cure, the post office must have made a mistake, so i called and call the post of still nothing, then yesturday i called the post office again nothing. then today they said it was in there system it was picked up 6-11-2008 to be delivered by this saturday. I called the customer service and couldn't get an answer to why they still shipped it just that they did per my membership that i didn't cancel with in 14 days snd so they can bill you no matter how meny times you call even before the 14 days are up. after weeks of going though this. i wanted you as a victem as i am to. this so called company. the zip code that the nubody web site has on it isn't a vailed one. the phone # goes to the call center in las vegas the 801 # you know the one i'm talking about, i have to look up the address given on the web site and find out if it is good one or another maill center.
Also yesturday 6-11-2008 they said that i would be refunded all my money with in 72 hours, has it ever taken that long for any bank to do that transaction?, lets see if that happens. Huh also the company name in greensboro, nc witch is on the nubody site is colon supplements. in las vegas, wow this is deep, if you lok up that company name on the BBB site it so far has no compant untel now. i haven't looked up the nubody company with the BBB yet but i will be, i wanted to get all the info that is in my head to all of you first. when i get more i will post it for all. and i'm sure i will, you might want call me a pitbull in heat bite and dont let go. bye for now. kim
