Well justice delayed is not justice denied!!!!!    Marquis Clyburn aka Marq, Marc, Mark has been arrest on a variety of charges involving scamming people and writing bad checks!!! To all those who have posted on this thread Thank you Thank you Thank you for being brave enough to come forward I know it was so hard for me to decided to post because I was so embarrassed that he conned me but it was worth it! We may have been conned but collectively we came together and took down a criminal who will not stop! This person is beyond saving and is right now as we speak in a Texas Jail ( who hooo!!! nobody does jail like the grand state of Texas lol) no Bond!! He is DONE!!!! But good people keep posting they have his computer and hopefully they will discover this site and this thread if you have been scammed by Marquis Clyburn come forward on this thread and let your voice be heard start a new thread if you must but DONT REMAIN SILENT!  Thank you RIP off Report I will keep you posted as well as our friend jturks ( you sir ROCK!!!!!:)) and remeber... Marq is being charged with 3 counts of felony forgery, 2 counts of felony water pollution, 1 count felony hazardous waste, and 2 more counts of misdemeanor issue ofi bad checks. Stick a fork in em.

I received a call last week from Houston's finest.  Hopefully this criminal was picked up by now and is in jail.  Marq Clyburn uses different allias for his name & his businesses!  He has scammed many businesses out of thousands of dollars!  My company was one of them.  Keep reporting and going after him! 

I had a similar experience with Marq Clyburn.  He wrote me a bad check for $840.00 back in April of 2011.  After doing a quick google search on him it was pretty clear he had done this scam all over Houston.  Beware of the guy.

      Did you know that Mr Clyburn appears to be takinghi show on the road. My research has revealed that Deleware recently granted a new business license for an Akzis Industrial and since Mr Clyburn seems to be missing I think I MIGHT START THERE! Also His Probation is just about up if it's not already and I CAN ASSURE YOU That Mr Clyburn has done just enough to convince them that he is reformed Talked about his relationship with Jesus, Maybe how he is a good Chrisitian those are his usual MO'S to gain trust and confidence. Harris County should be notified as soon as possible that he is still issing bad checks which is a breech of his probation. Mr Clyburn and his show are ALL over the internet In a matter minutes you can find out alot he owns another home did you know that? Run a title search you'll see. My Point Good People is My Clyburn is not that bright! He is simply a good criminal a remorseless con artist who can always give a good excuse as to why he robbed you, why he stole from you and justify it as " I'm trying to get back on top" If anyone needs some background info I can also be helpful with that information. These stories sound very familiar.

Mr Clyburn used our Delivery Service and has yet two pay us one dime on his invoice that totals right at 10,000 Dollars.
He sent us a check on two different ocasions and both have bounced He tried to blame it on the bank and said it was there faught after we contacted the bank they informed us it was not them.

We have file charges in small claims court on him but they have not been able to loacate him.

After reading the reports on here was wondering why some people were defending him but then quickly realized it is probably Marq Clyburn defending himself.

We have ran a back ground check on him and wouldnt you know it he is on Probation for Theft by Check in the 263rd Distric Court in  Houston Texas. Cause # 125829901010

If anyone knows how to contact him or his probation officer please post on here.

I wonder what you are doing for him to pay you????  He's ripped my company off for $2000.00.  Keeps telling me he's going to pay, really, we did the work for him in March.  Sad thing about it was we picked up money from his client and gave it to him.  Wow!  what a scumbag he is and he needs to be forced out of business in Houston Texas.  I am on my way to try and get that accomplished!  He screwed the wrong company!  His reference sheet was bogus and the courier service before ours said he kept giving them bad checks!  This in not a lie, I have deliveries that I paid my drivers to do!  He keeps moving, hum, I wonder why??  Well, when you screw people that's what happens, you have to be on the move.  We have a trace on him, so, if he thinks he's going to get away with this he is sadly mistaken.  If he was smart, he would pay me with a cashier's check and move on.  I am going to be his worse nightmare, because if I can stop this from happening to someone else, I Will.

Well once againI see that when truth and fact come into the equation, Shady Businessmen run for the hills Again this is all good for the Consumers and Business people who will be spared having their goods and services stolen by Akzis, Axis, Zirpak or a new one Akzis Industrial. If a company changes its name or as Mr Clyburn has done uses different sub heading for the same company please trust and believe its a SCAM! Regardless of whether or not I have ordered totes from Mr Clyburn ( Not that I would because if he has them chances are good he stole them) But I have entered into an  agreement with this individual and He wrote me a check that bounced and when I tried to recover my money he lied at each and every oppurtunity. As a businessman your word is everything and in the great state of Texas they take that seriously! If you commit to payment via  check and you dont pay well your branded a thief and a liar. Mr Clyburn is such a businessman. I will again post proof of his business dealings since researchman man is it?? lol wants to make a point about How ethical his employer is. Note that these reports and exchanges have been sent research man to Harris County Probation where Mr Clyburn makes monthly apperances. I am not lying about the character or the buisness practices of this individual. Hello, my name is Katherine
I still work with the company but only because Marq has yet to fire me. Let me tel you my side of this entire Zirpak scam. I started working for marq about the start of the month answering calls, the only calls we got were "marq ows me money" or "your company is deliquent", i asked him to move me to another position because I couldnt handle the threatining calls, and people showing up to our office demanding to be paid. I talked to marq about this, he keeped saying its nothing, that these people are looking for his ex co worker friend who used to work for the company that made fradulaent checks. He said he doesnt owe anyone. I began to put the peices together. Marq held a team meeting, and said the name of the company is going to change from zirpak to Axzis, and we were going to move locations. We moved locations about 2 weeks later off 610, and I went to work and he changed the company name to Axzis tax ID:273165820. Than last week i came in to work, and the business is no longer there, i called him up he said he closed it down. At first he was paying me ontime and with a check, but after the second check, he started paying me in cash, and a week after payday, and now hes stoped paying me all together. I have to constently txt him because he wont answer my calls, and when he does answer he says he has to call me back and he doesnt give me time to say a word, hell hang up and never return my calls. It is very hard to get my paycheck. He would txt me saying "I am trying katherine, I am doing my best to pay you" or he would say he transfered it into my bank account, but when u check my account there was no money from him. My last 3 pay periods he has been very late to pay, and he always has an excuse, and hes favorite is " i wired it to your account already you should have it". This last time, i had to meet him at chase bank off 610 and buffalo speedway, which is very close to his office to get my money, i had to meet him at 6 pm, which made me very uncomfterble. I shouldnt have to beg for whats owed to me. When i met him this past friday, he only have me a portion of my check, he said he would pay me tomorrow, well tomorrow came and hes ignoring my calls and txts. He owes me 600.00, there is a long list of people/companies he owes money to. I know I will never see the rest of my paycheck, but I am doing my best to let others know what type of man he is. He still hasent told me he no longer needs me or that I am fired, the way hes letting me know is by not paying me and ignorning all calls. First I would like to again thank everyone for viewing this page. It is only to and for your benefit that I continue to post and update people as to the actions of the above named thief and his shady companies. Before I address the post by... researchman is it? I would like to update everyone as to a phone I received in regards to MrClyburn. In my initial search to receive the money due me from this individul I sought help from the district attorney of Harris County and while I didnt speak to him directly I was made aware that there was a long list of creditors seeking owed money for services that Mr Clyburn received and as yet had not made payment on. I have now nor do I ever believe I will get the money owed me. This is not how this individual works. If my word is not enough let me help navigate your way into the business practices of Mark, Marq, Marquise Clyburn all of these are known alias on file withthe Harrris County District Courts again free to the all business people and laymen to use.

Alicia Haggenmiller  of Jersey City NJ. This was a loan! I saw the check in question and I also saw all of the pics you sent! I would be the one to release or receive product and I have checked out vendor purchases and all lists and you are no where to be found. Please stop your rambling and legally slanderous remarks and tell us what product we purchased from you. This is a Joke.. I ask all involved to stop replying to this nonsense! I see my rebuttal to the shady dealings of Mr Clyburn have struck a nerve! That's great for me and even better for the good people of Texas! All I have said is the truth and since this is the forum for truth " Let the Truth be Told" I welcome any photo's you'd like to post and any challenges you would like to make as to the validity of my claims! But since this is a rebuttal I suppose I will have to say that no it was not a loan. But here is what is interesting, I am on this site because what was done to me and others is personal to that end you are correct! I will not allow a so called business man, to steal from me. technically what I gave Mr Clyburn was a loan because he didnt have the money to front in a agreed on transaction! And since you Ms Frammer is it?? ( I think we all know who this is lol) have done your homework I'm sure you know that our good friend Mr Clyburn has been reported on this site as recently as last month for failure to pay for equipment and services.  My intentions are to help people avoid being robbed and lied to by this person. I have done my homework ( what good teacher doesn't) and this person is a thief!!  And if good people continue to turn a blind eye to his activities people will contiue to be scammed. I take it as a badge of honor to post my findings on this site and remind people to be careful who you do business with. Again... ACCEPT NO CHECKS FROM MARK OR MARQ OR MARQUISE CLYBURN. Well, I have done some research on this matter and discovered that you are an ex girlfriend who is angry and trying to lash out at the company.The $300 check you are talking about was for a loan, and when he changed his mind about giving this to you, you started writing these reports. If you have a personal matter with him, this is not the place to air your dirty laundry. You would think, that as you are a teacher, you would have a little bit more character than to lash out and try to hurt someone's business........how would you feel if those pictures you sent him magically got out and your work found out about it...........especially since that would be a personal matter........... Since you have never personally done business with him, this is not the place to air your personal issues with him.

 While your experience with Mr Clyburn seems positive, I and many other people know the truth. He is a scam artist and a liar and the state of Texas is well aware of his activities. Though my claim is small compared to the thousands of dollars he has stolen from vendors across Texas, I refuse to allow this person to continue to lie and cheat to is own benefit. Akzis is a scam and the more I do research on this "shell" company the more I am motivated to continue working with the authorities. I see that another vendor had posted on this good site about Mark or Marq or Marquis Clyburn as he uses several diffrent versions of his name to get credit and services from various companys in the area and throughout Texas ie Rosenberg who received my email in regards to Mr Clyburn and his shady enterprises. If and I stand firmly on "if" you activities with the above is one in which you actually receive payment I am shocked because Marq never pays anyone!! He would rather steal services, bounce checks and out and out lie to people who call for the payment they are intitled to. If it's not him doing it then he has his "assistant" drive around with worthless checks. She is well aware of his acivities and helps him in the scam. Im sorry to hear you had such a bad experience. I have never had any issues working with Marq Clyburn and Azkis Industrial. I work with him regulaly and would definitely recommend him and his company to others. But you are doing the right thing by pursuing the matter in court even though I would give it one last attempt to get in touch with him about it. Does not seem like something Marq would do. And this is why I don't give much stock to Ripoff Report. don't you find it amusing that anyone can post something on here and if its not true you have to pay ripoff report to clear your name? and you have to pay them $2,000 to do so? so anyone could get mad at post something on here whether its true or not and to get anyhing done about it money has to come out of pocket? hmmmmm seems kind of fishy to me...................
