Al Tune And Lube Richmond VA I took my car their for repair and Guy never called me back with estmate and after calling them 3 times Guy said car hasalready fix and price is $125.93. when I try to show them eastimate from Firestone for lesser price Owner got upset and One Front Desj Guy threaten me to sign the bill and leave. I was having an estimate from Firestone for 121.46 with new Tire installed and changing stud for my Flat tire. When I took my car to all Tune Lube and ask them to call me before any repair is done. Guy never called me and after calling 2 times when I called them 3 rd times they said car id ready and bill is 125.93 without new tire. They fix the flat tire. Once I try to understand how bill can be higher then firestone with new tire. Owner got upset and said that I always look for cheap price and you wants to save few bucks and you don't care about service. All I said that I want value for my money and L always shops around. Once I reached their office and show them Firestone estimate owner started yelling and front desk Guy even threaten me to sign the bill and leave. I just sign the bill and left. But this is very upsetting and they have shown worst customer I have ever seen in my life. I will never ever go back to their shop again.
