Alabama board of nursing Employers are filing false complaints to the board all over the state the board Is suspending peoples license without any evidence they are being very abusive toward employees funny how they have a la Montgomery, Alabama

This is to the board of nursing and the witch who filed the complaint. The last 15 years of my job i had to put up with my employers treating me "UNFAIRLY". I still have my home & car i am not starving under a bridge or "DEAD".

I am really starting to be concerned about these multiple personality postings. I can only hope that you continue to be the dominant personality here.  But I still enjoy the postings very much.

I have been harassed on the job for 22 years.  Mostly from my employers who are RN and other employees they always wanted to get rid of me I am fed up with It.  They are nothing but "Bullies" In the medical field. I made the mistake of ever wanting to work In the medical field. 

It seems the board Is trying to get rid as many nurses/lpn as they possibly can because employers or director of nursing Is filing false complaints,   agaisnt people because they don't like them.   I would "NEVER" do what I was accused off.  Why would I ruin my only career.  Its'  because of the crooks'  who are In power over you trying to "RUIN" as many employees as they can.  I will not pay the fine or "ADMIT" I did this because I didn't do It.  I don't care what people say,   my licensing can remain.  "REVOKED".


I do not wish to work as, a nurse In the state off alabama again.  I was treated very wrong & unfairly & like crap by the people,  & I was lied about.  They know they "LIED" about me.  The board also treated me "UNFAIRLY",  they rushed to "JUDGEMENT" & they wanted to treat me like crap.  I just needed to report how "UNFAIRLY" I wish treated.

 These hearing officers In alabama are unfair.  I will not pay the fine I do,  not wish to be a nurse anymore for how I was treated like,  crap & lied about on my last job & kicked to the curb.  I will not seek to get my license back,  because I am fed up with always being treated like this.  All they ever wonted to do was get rid off me.  They succeeded.

No matter how many jobs treat me wrong,  & wrongfully terminate me.  I will always surive I am not "HOMELESS" going without food.  No matter what they try they,  will never succeed In making me "HOMELESS".

I don't care what the board says I refuse to admit to something I didn't do.   After how I was harassed & abused at my last job,  my license can remain suspended.  I refuse to pay there fine.  I rather not work In the state of alabama anymore.

Because they are crooks you are found guilty of things you did not do.

I was falsely accused by the employer RN who had giving me trouble at another nursing home 4 years ago and I had no trouble until she started working at my new place of employment In 2007.

She gave me a hardtime because she did not like me.  And she told the the nursing agencie I worked for at the time I wasn't allowed to come,  back working at the nursing home.

Then In 2007 she happen to apply for the employer position at my new place of employment,  that Is when the trouble started to happen.  I had no trouble until she started working there.

I had not been working there for 1 month & I was fired.  I had been a licensed nurse In alabama sense 1989.  But I was always harassed at every job I worked for.  I could not keep a job for 1 year.

Because other co-workers would harass me I was wrongfully fired from several jobs from 1990-2008 until the witch who didn't like me filed the complaint to the board.   Now they think they got rid of me forever.

Well that Is ok what goes around comes around,  to people who lie & screw you.

I also told him I am glad the witch filed the complaint.  I know longer have  to work In nursing homes or hospitals,  & put up with abuse from the likes or her.  I can do what I feel like I don't have to put up with anyone giving me a hardtime. 

I had to file for bankruptcy to keep my home & car,  but hey what goes around comes around.    To people who screw you & cause you problems on purpose.

The black investgater accused me of screaming at him so I told him he can shove there license up his black a*s and I confronted to him they was wrongfully suspended people license.

I told him I don't give a d**n If I ever work In alabama again.  Because It has been nothing but trouble,  sense I became a nurse In alabama.  I was always fired "HARASSED" bye other co-workers.  I always had to change jobs.

I couldn't keep a job for 1 year or longer I am,  glad they filed the complaint.  I no longer have to put up with there abuse or harassment.

I am tired of being introuble for things I did not do because the b***h I worked with was after me.   Another thing why does the lawyer help nurses who have complaints agaisnt their license,  always abandon them when they get their license suspended.

Also they have fix to where we can't get justice when we get screwed like this.

Just because the board receives a complaint about you.  Doesn't make It true.  Because people LIE.  They also fasely documents to make It look like your guilty.  That Is what the employer did to me.

The b***h falsified documents to make things look like I did It.  I had no problems until the b***h applied for the director of nursing job.  Now my license Is suspended for no reason.

Everyone Is out to get you In this field.

Second: Sometimes bad things happen to good people. However, this will usually only be once. If it's true that you/your mother has not been able to keep a single job then th evidence points to a lacking in your/your mother's work ethics/capabilities. I've been let go from several jobs over the years and I would honestly have to say that in each and every case there was something I could have done differently to keep the job. But when someone claims that every job they've ever held has been lost due to no cause on their own is paranoid. But then we've come to expect that with you/your mother Charles. 

I see the people on this website don't know what fairness Is.  FASELY ACCUSING somebody Is a crime.  But they are getting away with It some how.  I am exposing what this b**** did to me.  All I did was do my job & go home.

But this b**** Director Of Nursing hates employees.  She has been after me for a while.  And she thinks she has got me.  All I would like to add to this report. 

Even If I never get my license back.  I don't want them.  I have been treated like crap for many years,  verbally abused hated on.  The people In the medical profession are pure crazy.  They are jealous of others & just want to be plain bitches.

Even If I don't get my license back.  I don't want them back.

All job professions are like this.  There Isn't one decent honest person.

I suspect though the name is different and the situation a tad different .....that everyones favorite annoyance has returned.....aka Charles aka Chuckie.

The spelling is a dead give away....the capitalization of the letter "i" when it appears as the first letter in a word (Is.....In..etc)are Chuckie trademarks   Kinda like the nurse and the Alabama board of nursing story that appeared a couple years ago.
