Complaint Review: Alarcon & Assoc Tim Butler,
Alarcon & Assoc Tim Butler,4250 Veterans Memorial Highway Suite 2010 Holbrook, New York United States of America
Alarcon & Assoc Tim Butler, Brittney Votta, Tina Widergren, Megan Ricca took our money promising to help and robbed us instead, it should happen to your family Holbrook , New York
Case Manager for Attorneys Legal Network who sent us all the forms to be filled out including setting up 3 payments of $875.00. Attorneys Legal Network who sent us all the forms to be filled out including setting up 3 payments of $875.00 for the service. Once that was done then Christa Klett, Client Relations Department at Alarcon & Associates contacted us welcoming us and provided information about how the plan works and that there is no promises or guarantees on the rate or terms your lender may offer, Tim Butler at Alarcon & Associates who went over a few things to get the ball rolling.
Several months passed by with no information on where things were at other than to request more pay stubs and tax documents. we received a Notice of Intent from Bank of America which I immediately sent off to Alarcon & Associates asking what this was and what we should do. On the same day Brittney Votta who worked with Tim Butler replied back to my request stating that she forwarded the letter to her manager. At this time she also stated that her manager would be assigning our file to a loss mitigation specialist that day.
we received a letter from BOA stating that we needed to pay the full amount due by September 16 (notice the date, the letter was addressed September 6 but we didn't receive it until September 19) or they would start foreclosure. I sent this information to Tim Butler who responded that "the modification is moving forward with Bank of America. As far as the documentation you received that is normal correspondence sent out in the beginning of the foreclosure process. Bank of America has not yet started the process, the modification is being reviewed and they are not requesting anything at this time."
Week after week we'd get the same email I just followed up with the bank and all of your documents have been received and forwarded to the underwriter for review. Everything looks great and is moving forward. We will be following up when the status changes. Thank you, and have a great day. We've kept in touch with them for week after week for almost 2 yrs thinking they told us it was going to take some time bc these things don't happen quick... Then we went from one assistant to another I believe we went through 3 girls, Brittney Votta, Tina Widergren, Megan Ricca that kept saying they are working on the case everything is going well, This is what I received from Tina when I emailed her to ask her how things were going
I will look into it. I am getting ready to head out of the office so it will most likely be tomorrow that I have an update for you. Thank you for your patience.
Sincerely, Tina Widergren
On March 4, 2013 we recieved an email from Megan Ricca stating they needed the monthly documents but when I tried calling each one of them no one got back to me, and then I get a auto reply back from Tim's email stating he no longer works for the firm
Needless to say I never heard from her or any of the others.. we paid them the money for them to just drag us through the woods without any help
