This is a SCAM! They are affiliated with Ultimate Security out of Scottsboro, AL that fraudulently claims BBB, NBFAA, and ESA affiliations. This was supposed to be a year of FREE monitoring through Parade of Homes and our Builder and it has turned into a year of nightmarish over-billing and run around. This is the third round of them yanking money they are not entitled to out of my account and this time they won't even bother to offer to credit it back. It has been an ongoing issue all week with no resolution or response and I am told they have to "email each other and it could take another week to figure out what happened". That's BS and everyone knows it. Banking is NOT that complicated these days and they know they're stealing money they're not entitled too!!! I get the run around all week and am referred back and forth between billing and service and also between "Ultimate" and "Alarm Center" phone numbers. I have reported this to BBB and FTC. I'm off work tomorrow and intend to contact local media to have them investigate and blow this up so no one else gets robbed. I also intend to blow this up on social media so no one else gets ripped off. There is no telling how many folks aren't paying attention to their bill and just getting ripped off. THEY DON'T EVEN PROVIDE A STATEMENT OF BILLING!!!! RUN, don't walk to some other reputable alarm service provider!!! Now they're claiming we're in a 3 year contract. They're out to get us for like $1137.65!
