AlbanyDistirbuting.com fraudulent site, part of network built by ybizz.com Seneca Falls, New York

So I was ripped off by these people as well, Gale. I bought an item on cookware101.com. The item never came, so I opened a claim on paypal. A fellow who called himself Matthew (sounds like the same from your post) called me up, gave me a bogus tracking number, and told me that FedEx broke the item and that they were going to file a claim for it. The tracking number was bunk, none of the information remotely matched the destination, dates, etc. A few minutes after that conversation, I get a response from the paypal claims dept, saying that the seller agreed to the charge back. I think he got scared and realized there wasn't a way out. I investigated the situation a little more and here is what I found.

The story begins in Florida, where a man named George Hap:

owns a company called ybizz.com. Ybizz builds ecommerce websites. One of his clients is Gerry Manzari, who own Albanydistributing.com, through his LLC called Five Star Choice. Basically, they sell this website "toolkit" to unsuspecting people, such as yourself, who fraudulently sell nonexistent items to unsuspecting consumers, like me. When the buyer gets pissed, they leave you holding the bag, and they themselves try to remain untouched in the background. Its incredible to me that all of these sites are still active. They are all being hosted on godaddy, and all are disengenuously claiming security certificates, yahoo particiaption, etc.
