This is a real dirtbag scam operation operating by targeting Latinos in South Florida for 'offshore" investments in Colombia through Panama holding corporations. He is pushing for a Colombia Ethonol and looking for investors. Problem is - money goes in and nothing comes out. I am sure we will be hearing more about this fraudster in the coming weeks. The authorities are already looking into this group where investors have lots millions and the founders to include fast talking pitch man Michael Perdomo Valero all have new Ferraris and yachts.
