Alex Torres iphone 5 scam Miami, Florida

I responded to an ad on craigslist for Iphone 5's he contacted me back and we talked about the Iphones and there conditions and how he was able to make me a reseller in Orlando if I purchased more than 3 cellphones. I then proceeded to state that i needed more info on how to secure the transaction and he stated that we could do western union cause he cannot get the only unless i give him a security answer and question? So I called western union and hey verified that exact same information over the phone.

So I called back next day to state how i was going to get the product and he stated next day ups air once he verified i did the transfer. Then I proceeded to do another verification at Winn Dixie before I sent the money and the lady also verified that it was true that he cannot get the funds until i gave him the question and answer. Well after that i went to get the funds and did the transfer and called him so he can verify and he stated hat he will go to ups to ship and then call me with the tracking info. Of course from there I never heard back and the found out he picked up funds and I called to complaint with western union on 01/02/2013 and they now have a processed complaint and said it will take 20 days? OMG.
