On 3-19 we signed a contract with Alfredo getting half down telling him the balance was due at the time the job was complete. Well after a extra two days of work because Alfredo decided he wanted more things done then orginally agreed upon, the owner wife called and stated the the last load was loaded an that they were about to go unload it at the Swiftwater location (that is where they had taken everything else) she stated to Alfredo that the balance plus 500.00 dollars was expected and due. Alfredo stated he needed to speak to the owner of the company when he got there. Well we waited for Alfredo before taking the last load and when he got there he accused the company of damaging his pizza oven that they had moved the prior day. Not only did they not damage the 30 year old 4000 pound pizza oven but he hired a outside company to haul it with cherry pickers and special trucks with crains on them. Plus, he had moved them the day before why did Alfredo wait until the next day the last load to tell him? He had spoken to him 5-8 times before he came there plus he had seen im earlier that day and nothing was said. Alfreedo had seen the ovens the same day the same hour they were put into storage. He is just a conartist who doesnt want to pay. The whole time we were there he had people coming to look at the ovens and everone said the same thing. There old and out dateded and nobody was going to buy them. Plus we came to find out that he had us ripping out everything his words to us were "I own everything, just leave the walls" well afterwards found out he was not supposed to take half the things he told us to. He was asking us to take the copper out of the walls and the wires out of the walls we said we were not going to do that. He took the fans off the roof and left huge holes in the roof and has us take the walk in freezer told us it was his and he has us leave a giant hole in the back wall. We found dead mice where they held the pizza and bugs in the flour they were using. They would not let us throw away anything he had us bring it to his other locations where they are using the flour with the bugs and salt with the bugs and yeast with mold and sauce that had a pluse. he had cans that were so out dated but he was using them it was gross. I would not send my worst enemy there to eat.
