They put on thier site that their company is the safest way to keep your money. But they charge large amounts to use it .
I deposit over 2500.00 every two weeks and have always icnored the large withdrawl charges because I can't get a normal bank account. But this week net spend paid companys I shopped at twice every transaction I made. They first admitted thier fault . Then they blocked my account so I couldn't see what was happening. Everytime you call you get run in circles!! They first said my account was froze because I was negative . I told them that was due to them double paying retailors. Then they said it was the retailors fault for excepting it and I would need to dispute the charges. Basiclly they are just thiefs!!!
Do not trust your money to this company!
