All American Auto Transport = All American RIPOFF!!! Alex Whitaker and Tina Mills are liars Cooper City Florida

I contracted this company to ship my car from Long Beach CA to Oakwood Illinois. My car was available for pick up on May 3d 2007, It is currently May29th 2007 and my car is still sitting in Long Beach. I have called Alex Whitaker (the estemator) and Tina Mills (the customer service representative) at All american auto shipping and it has been nothing but a headache.

I called on May 16th to check on the whereabouts of my car, they never even knew that it was available to be picked up. They said that if I had not called them that there was no telling how long it would have been sitting at the Port in Long Beach CA. Tina Mills then told me that as we spoke she sent a driver to pick up my car and that I would recieve it by the end of May.

I called back on May 25th to see where my car was. It is still at port in Long Beach. I called and asked why my car was still there, Tina had told me that the drivers were backed up. She told me a flat out lie on the 26th when she told me that I would have my car by the end of the month.

When I reminded her of what she had told me she became silent for a few seconds, she then (with a certian amount of sassyness) barked "we don't guarantee the dates of delivery! We wont have any available drivers until after memorial day!" I then told her that she lied to me and that I wanted to talk t her supervisor, which she refused. I have searched the internet and found several complaints about Tina Mills and this company. All nearly Identical complaints to mine.

I have written to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General offices of Illinois and Florida asking there help. Alex Whitaker also told me that they were a member of the Better Business Bureau, when I checked I found that they are not. Alex lied to me as well.

I am being scammed and I still have not recieved my car. I am afraid of it being damaged upon its arrival (whenever that is), and I am afraid that there will be extra charges that were not part of the contract. Alex Whitaker told me that the total price would be $1750. This includes shipping from Honolulu Hawaii to Long Beach CA (which went perfectly due to Matson holding up their end of the contract). But now that All American Auto Transport has to hold up their end of the deal which includes, a guarantee of convenience and timley delivery.

This company is a poor exuse for a business and needs the be dealt with harshly. I will be sending out letters to all Attorney generals in all 50 states about this place, and possibly legal help in the near future. STAY AWAY FROM " ALL AMERICAN AUTO TRANSPORT"!!! They are liars and frauds. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your auto shipping needs.
