All City Circulations Used account number on check sent for purchase to debit our bank account. Lakewood, Colorado

my wife sent a check on her account to purchase a magazine order from All City Circulations. They kept calling to get her to take more magazines. She told them no. They told her they were sending free trial subscriptions. She told them to stop. They were sending magazines like successful Farming and Ebony. She was not a farmer or interested in Ebony. She was sick in bed with cancer at the time and has recently passed away. While auditing her accounts I found that they used the check information she sent them to access her bank account to debit it for $70 a month for 27 months. I contacted them and confronted them as well as did my bank. They told me they didn't have to provide me with any evidence they had legally tapped her account but they would the bank. The bank was unable to obtain any evidence from them to that effect as well. This was theft of the worst kind. These people are preying on the helpless. Although she was sick, not elderly, there is no way to know how many elderly are being victimized by these wolves as I write this.
