Have also been told that all the supervisors are in meetings to try again in an hour. The person on the phone refuses to let you speak to a supervisor and that all they communications happen by email. There seems to be only 1 or 2 persons that answer the phone and they try to act like they are different people. Have read many other articles regarding the company and all they are is a total rip off. Don't order from them and don't send anything back, you'll never see your money again.
