One last comment, if the original author was lying, why it that the BBB has not heard from Doug Rowe or AO Construction to rebut the complaints. Simply because WE ARE NOT LYING!

I would like to add a comment on behalf of the original author. Mr. Doug Rowe does not return phone calls and does only seem to complete half the project, even though he states he will be back to complete. He also does not always cover the deductible.  He can claim that he has all the paperwork, but I doubt he has run across anyone so anal retentive and organized as I and will show how he has fell short in completing my job.

I will say this in his defense, he did have his team out to my house the same day (even though it was late in the day) to tarp the roof and keep it from causing further damage.  From that immediate response, I fell into the trap of believing he had my back.

her and her family have had my co. do work and not payed  leaving bills of thousands left owed to me allout doors construction and there was no sob story on my side she was tring to have me do work for free and there is no co. that does free work and stays in bissness ive did hundreds of jobs this year and no prob with any of them but 2 hers and her son in law witch stiffed me for 2000 dollars on a 20.000 roof the only 2 so you can be the judge of that if any Q call ill glad to talk 740-358-3020  thank you douglas

My home had suffered storm damage and Mr. Rowe of All Outdoors Construction was to replace my seamless siding, on my home and storage shed. He was also to replace window screens, aluminum patio cover, down spouts, and other misc repairs. I paid Mr. Rowe more than half of the total amount due upfront. After a month of phone calls and persistence, he finally showed up to complete the siding. The siding is not seamless and a month later it is falling off. The workmanship is very poor with ripples and he left my utility boxes literally hanging from the house. Mr. Rowe asked for the balance due to complete my patio cover, down spouts, and other misc. repairs. He gave me a sob story about how he needed the money. I told him I wasn't comfortable paying him anymore until he finished the job. I am an elderly widow and he pressured me until I felt very uncomfortable. He promised he would return to finish the work to my satisfaction, so I paid the balance. Needless to say, he has not returned, nor will he answer or return my calls.

Please check the Better Business Bureau before hiring All Outdoors Construction, Doug Rowe. He has an F rating and I am not the only consumer he has taken advantage of. His rebuttal is completely false and I have my written estimates to prove it. 

the only one this report could come from she is a lier she wanted high end building materials when she has low end materials on her home and this was an insurance job where i payed all deductibles so it cost her nothing but were the prob lies is she told me that her insurance co was paying for the work to be done and that was a lie her insurance co was only paying for some and she let me know this after i was all done with the house so as a contractor you cant take it back off we have to go through the courts to have anything done 

what it comes down to she wants me to pay to have her house done

her insurance payed for the siding and the patio and some gutters one window screen

things i did to the house new upgraded siding  all new gutters all new metal wraping for the entier home windows doors garage doors all new facsha metal all new soffits all dumpsters and all labors 

 i have payed and picked up the patio and was ready to install when i was giving paper work that they was not paying for over 4000 dollars of work that was all ready done
