Company calls to offer a travel package Locks in at $299.00 per week at 4/5 star accommodation We booked a trip and had to cancell within the required time
Due to all the problems and bad customer service we have not be able to utilize this company.
They will not refund our fees, which total over $5,000.00, resevation fees and so on.
Our daughter and son-in-law booked a trip and went, it was a disaster. They had to stay at another hotel in the Bahamas since the one All Points booked them at was a 1 star accommodation. Bars on the windows, A/C only in the living room, out in the middle of nowhere.
They show you a book with all of the places they can accommodate you with and it looks nice.
Once you look at sites like www.weeklinks.com; you can tell they are not 4/5 star places.

Um, after receiving the snare (2 round trip flights promised for attending sales pitch) we just got the voucher info. in the mail. All Points Travel Promised 2 free round trip tickets yet upon reading the finer print on the voucher info. it is not free at all! This should absolutely be stated during the presentation. This company has scum written all over it! Beware.... they are not upfront.

I recently used allpoints accomodations to travel to panama city fl. We were booked in what they called a condo.Upon my arrival and stay my family and I found it to be more than satisfactory.The view,the condo itself was more spactacular than we imagined.I reccomend Allpoints to anyone.

In responce to the issue All Points strives to offer the best customer service in the industry and if there is any issue please contact us. In reference to the bahamas vacation it appears the resort booked was at www.chillingsworthcourt.com and if the website is reviewed you can plainly see this is not a 1 star accommodation. Condo's/Timeshares are not rated on a star system and any resorts we use are concidered deluxe accommodations. After reviewing the above listed website you can plainly see that the resort is not in the middle of nowhere and is in a location ideal for a vacation resort.Our website is www.allpointsaccommodations.com and we have no affiliation with www.weeklinks.com. All Points would be more than willing to resolve this and any issue providing the customer call in and request to speak with Ramo Saucedo or Chip Schoonover.
