All Pro Treadmill Service The individual from this company provided in home service for my elliptical. He identified that a part was needed and had to be ordered. He requested that he be paid up front for the part. After having paid for the part he failed to contact me to inform me if the part was ever received. After numerous phone calls to his answering machine and emails contacts on his website he has failed to contact me for over 70 days. Further his website shows a "Better Business Bureau" logo to wit he is not affiliated with and in fact has numerous complains lodged against his company. Temecula California

All Pro Treadmill Service of Temecula, California was contacted to provide a repair to my Nordic Track Elliptical. The service technician came to my home and troubleshot to a defective component that he stated would have to be ordered. He requested to be paid up front in order to order the part.

I was not contacted as to the status of the part and after two weeks attempted to contact the service provider thru phone calls and emails using his website contact form. The provider did respond once thru email stating that he had a family emergency, but would be getting in contact with me.

He failed to make any further contact either thru phone calls or emails. I continued to try to make contact leaving messages on his answering machine and emails to wit he never responded over a 70 day period. Furthermore, his website showed a "BBB" logo that he wasn't affilated with and in fact when checking with the "Better Business Bureau" he had been informed to remove the logo from his website. Additionally, he had numerous complaints filed against his business with only one stating that it had been resolved.
