All Seasons Contracting Inc. Rip Offs!!!!! They Will Take Your Money and Run!!! St. Louis, Missouri

These people came to my house gave me an free inspection and I filed claim to my insurance company. They came out to get the check (and cashed on the same day!), told us they would be back 4/19/12 to put us a new roof on. They have not yet to date. I have called and spoken with them on several occasions, they have sceduled over 8 different dates to come and give us a new roof to know avail.

Finally I got fed up, told them to give us our money back, they agreed to give all back but 25% for liquidated damages, although they cannot tell me what liquidated damages they have accrued!

Another story they gave was they were waiting on our roof to come in. I asked for the company they ordered the shingles from, they gave it to me. I called they have no record of shingles being ordered for our roof. So now I'm going to have to take them to court to get our money back. They haven't did anything to our roof yet, they want to get paid for doing nothing. They have held our $5900.00 for 9 months to date!!!!

I wish I could not only sue for the money they took, but also for putting us through this for so long. All we wanted was to get a new roof from the hail storm we had in March. Now the city of Florissant have been ticketing us because our soffit is beginning to droop (another issue we've paid them to fix, and they haven't).
