I was half asleep when they called me, i didn't realise what i was doing.
I've been looking up on the Internet about what to do, everyone complains about this company but no one got their money back.
I'm French and we have several consumers assocations to help us with companies like that, but they can't do anything when it's a company based in another country.
So can someone help me to tell me who I need to call, or talk to ? They've been stealing our money for years, how come they're still doing that ? Where are the authorities ?
I really need help, i'm not American, so it won't be easy but I want my money back.
