I took my ice cream truck to this place about a week ago- this so called "business" is now called "All Star", formerly "MAACO" of Plano. I dealt with the "owner" Carlos. This guy is a real piece of work. I paid almost a thousand dollars for this paint job. It was a custom color pink with white on the topper area of the van. No lies- LITERALLY 2 DAYS AFTER THE PAINT JOB- THE PAINT STARTED CRACKING AND SPLITTING!!!!!Employees at Maaco/All Star also damaged the rear bumper of my van, damaged a part of the pasenger side interoior door and broke the dash around my stereo. When Carlos was showed this damage, he denied everything. The cracks were the result of poor prepping and bodywork- but again, he blamed something else for the cracking and not the poor workmanship or the cheap materials that they use on customers' vehicles.Needless to say- THANK GOD I PAID WITH MY CREDIT CARD! The bank was notified today and the charges will get reversed once I show them All Star's/ Maaco's BBB report. (see below) If you GOOGLE Carlos- you will find that he is known for writing bad checks around the area. This business - "MAACO a.k.a. All Star" has an F RATING with the Dallas BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. Also, there are numerous and countless complaints aginst this guy and his business all over the internet, as most of you already know if you are reading this complaint.***Notice to others who have been messed over by Marcos and the rest of his very DISHONEST BUNCH**- Please contact me.***I am taking "certain action" against him with the sole intention of running him and his crooked business out of Plano. This guy really "messed" with the wrong person this time. I will eat him and his business for breakfast when I get done with them.Please stay tuned- I have something "special" planned for this CROOK!I will also update this review and please- please- the people who have been in a similar situation with MAACO or ALL STAR- please talk to me- we can brainstorm together and take action!
