I let him rent a room from me, with a trusting attitude, no backround check, no formal documentation, because I try to trust people from the begining. I have never had someone attack me in the manner this man is doing.
After trying to obtain work here himself, and being unsuccessful, he became disenchanted and left without saying a word to me except " he hates this f-ng city". He left my house with no explanation, and with no questions to me about any concerns he may have had. He now believes that I did him wrong by not returning a 125.00 deposit he thinks he is entitled to.
This is a man who left with no notice he was leaving, proceeded to take my house keys with him, and left me with his share of the utilities.
I believe his comments and defamations, stem from his own jealousies and insecurities. While I do have listings under the name "All Things Genealogical", this is not a said company, as much as it is a way to advertise for my freelancing of historical research. I can and will provide any references that anyone would like to see in order to prove my good name.
I have never done any research for this man, do not have the resources to take anyone to collections, have a dismissed record from more than 20 years ago he keeps going on about. ( and Yes, I DO have the paperwork to refute this.)
I have filed my own report on this man, for defamation of character, slander, harrasement, and stalking with the New Orleans Police Department.
