**Terrible Customer Service Maltreated, Kicked Out, Destroyed Car**
I came in for an oil change and tire rotation ( Groupon deal ), "Guy" the manager was not polite. After 2 hours (For an oil Change) my car was ready and paid the manager. On the way home i noticed my car was hesitating and when i arrived home. I noticed the splash guard was missing a bolt\screw and was dragged on the ground the whole time, ruining it ( $30 to replace part ). I checked the oil and it was missing about half a quart. I checked the bill and noticed they have put in not only the wrong grade of oil (10w30 but, suppose to be 5W30) but the used synthetic blend, which my car only accepts Fully Synthetic. The belly pan ( Under the car ) was hanging on side loose because they were missing bolts.
I called and spoke to the manager "Guy" and he told me the oil is just fine but, didnt react to my other problems. [continued below]....
Brought my car in days later ( Long drive to their place ) and spoke with the manager "Guy" and he didnt apologize or showed sign of remorse. I didnt say anything until he pushed a paper to me and asked me to sign it and he will switch out the oil. I looked down and see $29.95 plus tax. I asked him why is he charging me and he said because of the synthetic oil that needs to go in there. So, not only they put in the wrong oil and viscosity, damaged the splash\rain guard ( Florida, rains alot ), the belly pan was not properly fastened and missing bolts but, i had to drive all the way back and still get charged.
I told the manager that i am not paying and he starting to treat me like i owed him money and was telling me that the oil they used is fine. I told him per the manual of the car - Audi uses 5w30, fully synthetic. He told me that he cant do anything about it and only the owner could. I asked for the owner but he was not there. I have asked him to call him and he didnt want to. I asked for his number but, he only gave me the number of the garage. He tore my bill\waiver and said to me to get out with his hands gesturing me to leave like i was an unwanted animal.
I left and sat in my car to locate the number for the owner since the manager did not want to give it to me. I finally found the number and called and reached his VM. While i was leaving the VM the manager walks out and knocks on my window and shouts " What are you doing, get out of here " and gestering again with his hands to 'Shoooo' me away. I am still waiting for a phone call from the manager. Please stay away from this establishment. They do not care if they are at fault. They will destroy your car. I am now stuck with damaged parts and my engine is making clicking noise with hesitation. Who knows what else they did to my car doing the 2 hours they had it.
