This janitorial company hires illegal immigrants because they are the cheapest under bidders around. Only in business since 1999, these guys think they are slick and smooth to sell customers with their scam of free paper supplies from toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags to sell janitorial cleaning contract services. They completely fool their customers and they are not about to stop. From every office, government agency, retail store, medical office, they are selling phony services with illegal immigrant labor with an employee count of 80 janitors.

They are first class shysters, they do not care about their employees, they care about robbing the cleaning business with awful cleaning business tactics by killing the competition with their fraud cleaning business. Owners David Hergenroeder, Trevor Smith & Ino Brito are robbing the cleaning industry with they think they can compete and get every account they can with low bidding wars that barely meet US wages and tax standards and hiding from US Immigrations because the cleaning industry is where most illegal immigrants go because it is not a monitored industry by US border agents to find illegal immigrants in these kind of comapnies. The employees are barely trained but to turn on a vacuum cleaner, pickup trash and wipe with one rag all through every office un-sanitized spreading germs everywhere on a cheap bottle of windex. Immigrants are told to get the work done as fast as possible, I mean extremely fast skipping real cleaning but ordered to work within 45 minutes on large office accounts which would take 2 or 3 hours. Owners use a black list to find illegal immigrants that are in need of work that cannot be caught in this country. All Ways Clean hires 95% spanish employees mostly as they are the ones that are more desperate that need the work because of no visa papers or using false visa papers. No benefits but to drive their own cars (as some without licenses) and no gas money either or hardly any gas money and no auto insurance to pay to use their cars on their business or even wear and tear. They pay everyone wages that cannot afford to buy health insurance and working hours that are unfair and dishonest by the owners. That means as a taxpayer, you are paying Allways Clean Corp in Morry Bay to be in business because the employees aren't making enough to afford their own health care insurance and do not have valid papers to buy them health insurance because they are forced to use the free social health care system taxpayers are paying for companies like Allways Clean Corp. Yes people get sick and taxpayers have to pay their people who can't afford health insurance.
 
I am making this report because All Ways Clean Corp is scamming people by hiring illegal immigrants and fooling their customers there are the cheapest and the best. They fool new clients saying they will pay for all the paper towels, trash bags and toilet saying they can do all this and be the cheapest cleaning company in town, not telling the customers anything about their under paid staff and their illegal immigration information. It is sad that this is how this company does business as all they care about is getting as much business as they can screwing over their employees that cannot get work because they are illegal and if the employees claim to quit, the owners will make threats to their employees they will call US Immigrations Enforcement to have them deported if they quit. It is bad business how this All Ways Cleaning company operates.
