I managed to get Jack Tawil on the phone a couple of times by disguising as a new customer and each time he promise to send me my funds back, which he never did
If you use your bank account they will play this game till the time to get your money through your bank is over then they never pick your call again. others have reported them, it seems it is what they always do . i am taking them to court and they are avoiding been served .
I believe this technique has worked for them multiple times. However i will spend every last dime i have to make sure i recover my $1500 and any additional money i spend chasing them down.
If you have similar experience please post your comments and let see if we can get the state of NY to shut down this frauds
