 ALL4Cellular engages in deceptive sales parctices by hiding the shipping and handling charges until after you have placed an order.  The shipping and handling charges are very high considering the weight and volume of the order you have placed.   Once you enter your credit card information and place the order--BAM!! you get hit with a large shipping and handling charge.  They will not cancel the order once it is placed even if you attempt cancellation within 60 seconds minutes of placing the order.   To make matters worse, they ship you a defective items you are responsible for the cost of returning the defective item and you are also subject to a 15% restocking fee for cancelling an order which is not disclosed until "AFTER" you place the order

Buyer please beware of this company!!!--they sell you cheap Chinese made products then hit you with large shipping and handling charges that are not disclosed BEFORE you place the order.

We dont ask for a 15% restocking fee, especially if the item was defective. We also offer free shipping on most of our items. Maybe there was a computer glitch and something went wrong somewhere but this is a very geniune case. Please dont hesitate to call us at 877-999-4CELL (235) (Mon-Thu 9am - 5pm, Friday until 3pm).
