I placed 3 orders within the first week of March. Each order said that it would take 9-12 weeks. It has now been 14 weeks and I have only received 1 order. I was sent pictures of the other 2 but one of the owners Stew said that they could not provide me with tracking numbers because their system wasn't working well with the USPS system. He did say that they have shipped. He must think that people are stupid because it's probably common knowledge that in order to ship something from your office via USPS and you get a tracking number that you have done it online. When you process the shipment in the computer and it prints out the lable the tracking number is on the lable. They did email me "tracking numbers" but those were not vaild. When I called about it and spoke with Stew, that is whwen he tried to say that the systems were at fault. Their staff and customer service are incompetent. Even if their system can't automatically load the tracking number onto their site like it's set up to, then they can simply generate an e-mail to the customer with the tracking number. It is obvious that they are not smart enough or they are too lazy to do this. When I first orderd these I was hoping to get them by mothers day but I understood that it would be pushing it. When they didn't come in for mothersday i was expecting that they would be in for my wifes birthday (14 weeks ofter order confirmation) but that didn't happen either. I will NEVER use or referr anyone to use them.
