Allen Lewis And Associates Threatening Phone Call Jacksonville Florida

I too have received a threatening phone call from these individuals. Although I did not get the name of the individual because he spoke too fast he was a man. He claims to be working for a law firm and threatend me with legal action. He immediately became verbally abusive and threatening without any provocation on my part. I wanted to resolve the matter and pay what I owed but I wanted them to fax me a claim for the money identifying their company and company information. He claimed he sent one but I did not receive it and refused to send me another one. I told him I do not just give anyone my credit card information without a valid claim and letter identfying the business. He has refused to do that. After three previous identity thefts I will not give this guy any of my information with his information first. What he is doing has to be illegal and this man and his company needs to be stopped!!!!

The claim is for a violin we rented and I thought we had either given it back or paid for it in full when we moved from Reno, Nevada. My son was killed in an auto accident that week and I can not remember if we had paid for it or not. I am willing to return the violin and pay any fees but not to this guy. The store we got it from does not have a working phone number so if anyone who reads this and lives in Reno Nevada please verify if the Music Mart located at 1090 Kietzke Ln. is still in business and call me at 760-793-4093. I would like to do business directly with them and not this guy. I will also be willing to join in on a class action law suit to stop them.
