SUBMITTED: Wednesday, April 04, 2007
POSTED: Tuesday, April 03, 2007This is a scam. Do not sign up with them. You can sell your business as effectivly as they can by listing it on the web yourself on the very same websites they will list it on. Anyone who wants to purchase a buisness will search the same sites and see you. Eliminate these scam artists, these con men, these loosers. Don't be taken by AAA, Lyons Group, Premier Acquisitions, Legacy Acquisitions, Fidelity Acquisition, Principal Acquisitions, Designed to Sell. Scam, fraud, ripp-off, steal, theft, lie, cheat, is written on the hearts of these men. Beware!!!

Principal Acquisitions is a spinnoff of AAA
AUTHOR: Willard - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Sunday, April 01, 2007
POSTED: Sunday, April 01, 2007These scammers tell people it's too good to be true and prove it is by not letting them have it(or so they think), they convince them they will be lucky if they are approved and the check is cashed. This is a scam that uses greed in reverse to steal money. People want what they can't have, that is why this thing works so well, it sounds like there is a bunch of idots out there lying down and giving their money up but there is a savy psychological trick being used on these people and it works really well. Why else would someone give a 10k check to someone they just met? All these companies selling buisness valuations are doing it.
Guess what, you can get a buisness valuation for $2000 any day from an accountant with the right credentials, you can probaly shop around for one and get it for $1000. That's what all these buisness owners are getting and AAA, Lyons Group, Premier Acquisitions, Legacy Acquisitions , Fidelity Acquisition, Principal Acquisitions, are all giving these buisness owners buisness valuations worth 1k-2k if they even get the valuation. Even if the buisness gets listed it's still a scam because any buisness owner could list their buisness for free on any number of sites, the very same sites these companies are using because it's free. And guess what if any of these companies even sell a buisness it's still a scam because that's just luck.
Find out the closing ratio and get proof. I guarantee it is less than one tenth of one percent. Don't be satisfied with speaking to one two or even three references these companies are all scams. List your buisness yourself on the same sites they use. Buy your own valuation from an accountant who does valuations and get rid of these middle men scam artists.

POSTED: Tuesday, March 27, 2007Two updates though...it appears this geek is right. Alliance has nothing to do with Empire Business Brokers. I called every number I could find trying to locate Hicks and with no success. The only working number is his cell phone which I gave above. Second, this geek is right again. It is Principal Acquisitions that is the spinoff. Thanks for your help.
You are right though, this is a waste of time. I just want people to see the similiar companies. If anyone feels I have bad information, write it here and I will recant if I am wrong. Cheerio a hole!

AUTHOR: Ex - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Saturday, March 17, 2007
POSTED: Saturday, March 17, 2007The comments about changing the wayward ways of AAA to meet ethical standards were met by Hicks with laughter and some ridiculous statement about how Great Western has been doing the exact same thing for years, etc., etc. no one's been after them in all those years...blah, blah, blah.
He is so high on coke, meth or whatever his drug of choice is, that Hicks really, really doesn't think he has-- or is doing anything WRONG...he just doesn't get it, he just doesn't see it...
I can't wait for Hicks to actually see the light...from a teeny, tiny, little prison cell window while bent over for Bubba!!!

AUTHOR: Marcus - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Friday, March 16, 2007
POSTED: Friday, March 16, 2007What irritates me is that this is still going on with Hicks and other companies mentioned. People still go out and sell this service and valuation. They make their 40% of what they charge, and turn a blind eye to what they are doing. Look inside and be honest. If you still sell this for any of the competition, you are a theif. You cannot justify it any other way. You can make a living doing something honest. Yes, it wont make the same money, but you wont be scamming people!
On thing...Dick mentioned there are others in this industry and that is true. One is Great Western. There is a difference though...they do not guarantee money back as did Alliance, Premier, Legacy, and Fidelity. A friend of all these people is in jail now for a former company Hicks used to work for. GE Capital Acq. I dont think he is in jail for this particular scam, but he is in jail.
This is where much of this started with the secret service. Anthony Smoker. Anthony used to work with both Randy Hicks, Andy Wang, and perhaps Bill Busche. I am not sure on the last one. Each of these three went on to continue this scam with new companies, that are all now out of business except Bill Busche's company, Legacy Acquisitions. Hold tight though, his year for the guarantee is coming up in June or July from what I understand. That will be interesting to see what comes at that point. Probably a new company name, with the same people selling the same scam. Tell my I am wrong.

And again...no one wants to listen.

POSTED: Saturday, March 10, 2007Why on earth you defend the AAA scam, I will never figure out. And why you feel that money up front from anyone in the industry is necessary I will never know. A valuation is not even necessary. So stop lying to yourself.
So I will tell you what...you say who you really are and leave your phone number and I will do the same? Marcus will be unveiled. But see, you wont do that. Because you are too scared to back up your talk with who you really are. I suspect you might have been an analyst that instead of taking the moral high road like you claim, perhaps you quit because you were no good at the job.
Understand the job was to sell valuations. I am not saying you are a bad person, just that you couldn't do what Randy expected of you. Hence you are a failure at AAA and now sell it as you took the high road! Get real. The fact that you defend AAA makes you an idiot and perhaps even a criminal.
Regarding Empire BB and Randy, I say an email within the last 3 weeks with that signature. It did have a valid cell phone number. That ought to tell you something. My information is on and your's sucks. Stop defending the criminals.
And anyone else out there that is an ex employee...why dont you tell this guy whether he knows what he is talking about or whether I do. Come on. Let's see who is right. I encourage all to write in on Dick's comments. Is he Randy? Or Wendy?

Ok Mr. Marcus......
AUTHOR: Dick - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, March 08, 2007
POSTED: Thursday, March 08, 2007I am not the infanous Randy or his lovely (uhhh) Bride. I happen to be an honest ex-employee who got screwed just as bad as many opf the business owners when Mr. Hicks decided to become greedy and not provide the services he promised.
When I saw the writting on the wall I bailed. You think business owners are the only ones who lost money? And yes contrary to what some believe there are some companies out there that do actualy help people and are legitimate. I know that is the last thing you want to hear.
Start telling the truth! The e-mail you speak about is posted on an earlier rant, he tried but it never came about. no one in the industry will touch him because he stinks... Premier? I think you ment another company in Florida, but thats ok I will consider the source!
Still you have not mentioned your company or it's name why is that Marcass, just be honest, and once again I remind you a majority of the post on here are you and I, a majority of the business owners do not even read this any longer, and oh by the way most have written off there losses and moved on!
It is very sad to give false hope, the business owners who got screwed by a greedy, coke head will never see their money, and us ex-employees won't either. Get over it Marcass, or at least own up to who you are. I still say I think I know, but we will probably never find out because you just hide and spread lies! give a name, a contact number, an e-mail.
if you are so willing to help, maybe you can help me to? Not, so just stop! Why would you have contact with ex-employees unless you where one yourself? Why would you have information like that? Why do you not mention some larger firms that have been doing the same thing for years for even more money? you are a fool!

AUTHOR: Marcus - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, March 07, 2007
POSTED: Tuesday, March 06, 2007Many have started other companies. Some charge up front fees, others I have tried as hard as I can to get them to even list my company and the answer is no. One I even got them to place an ad to sell my business without a contract and they forward buyers to me because they feel bad about what happened.
It's all about the attitude. I know who you are...you are the alimghty MARVIN RANDOUCHE HICKS OR HIS DOUCHE BAG WIFE. It doesn't bother me that you reply and defend yourselves. Or perhaps you like Randouche and what he did to folks. For that doesn't bother me either...but know this..MY ONLY GOAL ON THIS SITE IS TO WARN OTHER POTENTIAL VICTIMS AND SAVE THEM CASH!
Regarding the Secret Service...shows its personal to you and it should be as you are still a scammer. Alliance has been out of business less than a year. How many government investigations conclude that quickly? Lets see...MCI took 4 years. Enron, it took 3 years after they started an investigation to file charges.
Hmmmm....a personal vendetta from a secret service agent? You seem all so familiar with it, so Randouche, all I hope and 1000's of your ex clients, is that he vendetta hits its mark. Premier does exist...check the FL secretary of state. Legacy is indeed on its death legs. They cant even pay their people...how the heck will they refund money to clients. You know its a scam.
I follow ALL of you. Every company out there, I check on that starts up. If they don't sell valuations up from for a 10000% markup...I don't care. If they don't offer absurd guarantees, I don't care. I appreciate honesty, and some of your people have lots of it. I love it when you blame each other. Keep it up. It lets me know who to look at and who is blowing smoke! You RANDOUCHE are a funny man who is trying to defer blame.
You do work for Empire...what capacity I don't know, but I will find out soon enough. I email your analysts and they forward emails you send them. I email your setters as well and see the same emails. I have one scum bag. It says Empire Business Brokers right below your name. I will make the connection. Thank you to the analyst who sent it to me.
I do agree...this is at times is so juvenile sounding, but so be it. If I can convince just ONE person not to give money to Legacy, Premier, Fidelity, Lyons, Alliance, or Empire Business Brokers, I have succeeded and probably saved someone money that they can spend elsewhere.

POSTED: Monday, March 05, 2007you just don't get it.... Fidelity, gone, Alliance, Gone, Legacy, one foot in the grave, Premier, this name does not even exsist, Empire is a franchise in which randy tried to buy in, but here is a shocker, he did not have the money or backing, funny I still say you are either an ex-employee or a competitor of the said companies.
Funny how you never mention 3 companies in all of your rants, 2 of them in Florida and 1 in Georgia, I still say you are either 1 of them or you are 1 that lives out west that no one wants to associate with because of all of the people you lied to, If you owned a company that was burned, what was the name of it? and where? If not then maybe your real name is .......?
The truth will come out but until then due to the fact all you do is spread more lies and false hope for legitimat people who where taken advantage of by the likes of you. funny how the same secret service investigation that has been going on for over 2 years has yielded nothing from an agent who is working on a personal vendetta and not an official case. Funny Funny funny,

POSTED: Thursday, March 01, 2007Regarding getting a life...the only reason you want me to disappear is so that you can rip more people off. If you cared you would support this. In response to your calling me out about what Norvergence does, I am not saying they are in the same industry. I am saying it is the SAME people who are now selling valuations. These same people used to work for Norvergence and now work for Premier, Legacy, Lyons, whomever. An honest living does not require ripping people off for up-front money. That is all this is about...warning people who might write a check or give a credit card so they dont do it.
To all you folks who are looking at this that are prospective clients to sell your business. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE WRITE A CHECK OR GIVE A CREDIT CARD NUMBER FOR A VALUATION. TELL THEM TO TELL YOU WHAT TYPE OF VALUATION YOU NEED, THEN DO IT YOURSELF. THEY WILL HANG UP ON YOU, WALK OUT, OR NEVER CALL YOU AGAIN. THERE ARE NO REAL PRE-QUALIFIED BUYERS FOR YOUR BUSINESS. THEY WILL MARKET IT, BUT HAVE NO EXPERTISE IN CLOSING A DEAL.
IF THEY ARE SO BIG AND GOOD AT SELLING, ASK THEM FOR REFERENCES THAT YOU CAN LOOK UP IN A PHONEBOOK AND VERIFY THEY ARE REAL COMPANIES WITH THE SECRETARY OF STATE AND NOT A PHONE ROOM. THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE THIS TO YOU AND WILL SAY ITS CONFIDENTIAL. IT IS NOT. IF YOU SOLD YOUR BUSINESS WOULD YOU MIND BEING A REFERENCE FOR A FEW PEOPLE? OF COURSE NOT.
To you Bobby...I wont be stopping. I will always be here for you scum bags that try to start a new scam to screw people out of their hard earned money! You get a life! Cheers all!
