Alliance Acquisitions had called me to see if they could see my small business and said if it does not see in one year. That I would get all of my agrement money back if not sold this agreement was $7,500.00 on April 19th 2005. March 28th 2006 I got a certified mail from Randy Hicks DatedMarch 7th 2006 in this letter he said reflecting back on a successful 2005 for a majority of his clients and it goes on.My business did not sale so I send them letter asking for my refund. I have called about 6 or 7 times and was told to talk to their Attorney's about my claim for a refund.

I talk to the Law firm Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, PA. about my refund I was told they would check in to this and get back to me. On May 24, 2006 I got a letteer from the Attorney's said for reasons unrlated to my claim, this fim no longer represents Alliance Acquisition's. That I was to call them( Alliance ) direct about this matter. When I called Alliance about my letter the person on the phone told me they have a secound Law firm is taking care of my claim and he will mail me the information right away as of today I have not gotten any information from new firm.I asked why not just send my refund back I think this a rip-off.

Have you written to your Attorney General of your State

I don't know if it will do any good but I am in the process of sending letters and all the information that I have from AAA in the last 13 months to the Attorney Generals of Nebraska and Georgia. Maybe we need to get ahold of our congressman and senators for help. This is an act of terrior againist many small businesses. We need to be protected from these type of business practices. It was very clear to us that there would be no problems to receive a refund unless we were sent one qualified buyer. (We have not received any information about a qualified buyer).

AAA did not do their job. Why would a business need a list of bankers if you didn;t have a buyer to get the loan. I have also called AAA headquaters and never get to talk to Randy Hicks. I did get to speak to Catherine Oliver and she was really mad that I called and wanted to know how I got her extention number. The gal that answers the phone won't give you any information, she just refers to the Fed Ex letter. Of course she doesn't have any idea what is in the letter she just tells to you follow the instructions. One of the people at AAA said Dennis Punzalan is still working for AAA and Catherine Oliver said he's not. Two different stories from the same office!!!!
I have not filed a an arbitration request as yet as I think I'll have my attorney look over this mess.

Update Alliance Acquisitions FedEx a letter about my $7,500 refund said that I was NOT getting a refund from Alliance for trying sell my business. Because Alliance had met obligations of the agreement, If I don't like it would have to meet with American Arbitration Association about me NOT getting a refund. I'm NOT happy with Alliance Acquisitions decision about my refund,it would be my responsible to pay for all cost going to Georgia and take care of this arbitration disagreement. This means going too Cobb County, Georgia. This LETTER a Joke, they will not talk to me on the phone about the refund but send a FedEx letter.I have problems with the agreement and they will not talk about it. In letter from Alliance they have my business name wrong. If they are selling your business you think the information would be right, also had my business is in the wrong state, Alliance letter didn't have my Company name or even close the spelling of my company. This list can go on, so how can Alliance Acquistions even think of not talking to me about sending my refund. Also was asked in Mr. Hickss letter not to contact their head quarters offices about my refund reguest. That I would have go to arbitration for my refund.
