Alliance Bundles Alliance Point of Sale aka RBS of South Florida Ripped me off. Forced to me into a 48 month lease for junk equipment. Pulled my credit from several leasing companies. This company is a rip off. Eric Smith is a liar and he will continue to change his business name over and over. He needs to be shut down. He is a con artist not a business man Kissimmee Florida

Eric Smith is a con artist. He gave me this go speech on how great his system would work for my busniess and forced me into a 48 month lease. I am now stuck paying for used equipment that does not work. His testimonials are all fake. They all told me they were paid. As you can see he only has 4 of them. I am discussted with the level of service I receieved. Eric is a compulsive liar and a theif. That is why no one works there but him. He tries to disguise his voices and plays a role as "Justin" once he pisses you off. This "business" is a scam!! I repeat this "business" is a scam. Seek else where for a POS provider. I wish I had. Working with Northern to cancel my lease because they are aware that Eric Smith Has been Posing as David Davidson. You all have been warned.

After reading the comment here about Alliance Bundle, I would like to share my own experience with them also.
I am a new start up business owner. I operate Downtown Deli. Just like most new businesses, I got so frustrated and lost in all the administrative work while trying to keep the business ofloat. A a friend of mine also a restaurant owner, who has been running his business for a decade, shared with me his good experiences with the POS system provided by Alliance Bundles. I asked for hands on experience with it. I quickly loved this system. I noticed how smooth was the daily operation in his restaurant and all his administrative tasks were so organized. He told me that they have been using Alliance Bundle for couple years with no issues with them.
Therefore, I quickly contacted Alliance Bundle; they got back to me promptly. The manager came down to meet us and introduce how their system could help my business. Then we scheduled a day to install the system. The system was easy to install, user friendly. They offered thorough onsite training for my employees. One day, my manager had a problem with the system while I was out of town. They called Alliance Bundle at 11 pm, didn’t expect anyone would be around, but amazingly, someone was there standing by to help. I really appreciated for the 24/7 service, always there.
From the day I contacted Alliance Bundle, I had talked to at least 4 different staffs, and all were friendly, professional and easy to work with. I have no issues with my service.
