ATTENTION TO EVERYONE WHO HAS REPORTED THESE COMPANIES ON THIS WEBSITE OR ANY OTHER WEBITE...

These companies are all linked to the same individual, William Shane Kelly, this individual has literally dozens of websites out there. I have retreived my monies from my bank under the Federal Regulation E law. I have also reported this to the Federal Trade Commission. I have done extensive research on this individual and his companies. He has been taken to court by the Federal Trade Commission in 2000.

William Shane Kelly agreed to pay $150,000.00 to settle charges from the Federal Trade Commission that he had engaged in deceptive business practices. The FTC said Kelly was part of a Las Vegas operation that led comsumers to believe they were receiving a line of credit but in reality were being required to buy goods from a catalog.

Between 1996 and 1999, more than $12 MILLION in fees reportedly were collected from 80,000 consumers. If anyone is interested in helping to stop this individual, who is obiviously still "Ripping off the general public at large", then I urge you to PLEASE, PLEASE, file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at www.ftc.gov/ftc/consumer.htm. It takes only about 5 minutes and they will answer your complaint! they will not act on the behalf of an individual, however they will take action, provided enough of us file complaints.

Let us all nail this guy to the wall TOGETHER!!!! There is strength in numbers!!

Reporting to Credit Bureau's

AUTHOR: Lisa - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, March 01, 2007

Julie,

Yes, they can report to the credit bureaus. However if you reported the fraud to your bank, then you can attain documentation to be able to make the necessary adjustments to your credit report. You have the right to put comments directly on your credit report. However, I believe that if it is refelected on the credit report and you have the documentation from your bank where you reported it, then you can present it to the credit bureau that it was reported to and have it removed.

Be sure and check all three credit bureaus when you check the credit report. Some companies do not report to all three, so you might not have too much of a difficult time combating the situation. Also ask your bank for advice on how to go about dealing with the credit bureaus if necessary. The banks are very helpful with advice on how to deal with having inaccurate reportings on credit reports.

Good Luck, and I hope those fiends don't attempt to report the situation to the credit bureaus', if they did you have quite a strong case in your situation.
Lisa

Can CCS report to credit bureaus??

AUTHOR: Julie - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, March 01, 2007

The main reason my boyfriend got the first national card was to build his credit(thats what they said). He was only supposto pay $99 a year not $300 as he sent them a fax. Of course they said they never recieved it. There was other fraudelent activity around the same time over $1,000, he closed account. But somehow got payment reversed from CCS- So CCS turned around and sent a bill for the $300 plus an additional $177 the next month. We weren't sure even though they are fraud if they can somehow report to the credit agencys that he owes them these ridiculous fees. Thanks- Julz

#2 Consumer Suggestion

All banks have a fraud department that are equipped to deal with this type of situation.

AUTHOR: Lisa - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, February 27, 2007

Julie from Marietta Ga.,

There should be no reason for the bank refunding your monies to be reflected on your boyfriends credit report. All banks have a fraud department that are equipped to deal with this type of situation. They will conduct their own investigation and take whatever steps they deem necessary to regain their loss. They will file a Federal Regulation E Report. I'm not sure what authorities they file with, but I'm confident that there should be no repercussions to the credit report in question, provided your complaint was a legitimate one. But, just to ease your mind, If I had the same concerns I would talk to my bank and get the minute details of what consequences their course of action will have on you or rather your boyfriends financial records. Sincerely, Lisa Lebanon Tn.

POSTED: Tuesday, February 27, 2007

I wrote a report under "CCS first national" and noticed "CCA first national" had the same type of complaints but different p.o. boxes. I was asking if they were the same but nobody responded. Im going to file a complaint. We got our money back from the bank but are worried that it will go on my boyfriends credit. DO you know if thats true? Thanks
