I want to make sure that people avoid this company and person at all costs so that they are not needlessly put into predatory sub-prime mortgages or buy a home that this company has built. They are the worst fraudulent business people we have every known and would advise that you run fast away from anything tempting they wave in front of you. They will churn your loans, stripping your house of equity and are now into auctions and foreclosures I understand. They create a circle of pseudo-legitimacy around themselves with a banker, appraiser, title company and loan officers all of which vanish once the con is done. Most of the neighborhoods they have built in have a 90 percent foreclosure rate as few can withstand the avid damage done to their financial portfolios and the deception in which they engage. They do a terrible job of building as well and are not "available" to follow up or fix the massive repairs it takes to put the house in condition to resell. I have filed a complaint against the Dept of Commerce and the Attorney General due to the unscrupulous practices of this greedy and immoral company. Their tag line is "Your one stop real estate shop" and know that when you list your home with them you will be railroaded into one of theirs. BYW have nothing to do with Barbara Fords son Ehren as he is incompetent and as misguided as she is. It is great for them to do your loan, build your house, sell your other, get the fees, refinance you until the bill is outrageous, and all the while constructing a scenario in which you are imprisoned for the rest of your life.
