Don't buy ticketmaster's insurance which they use a 3rd party, Allianz Global Assistance. It only covers REALLY specific reasons like "loss of a job after 3 years if you're not at fault" and "your death, death of a family member, serious injury, jury duty." It's ALL a bunch of crap. You can't just cancel for any reason. It's POINTLESS. Don't waste the $7 per ticket.
Not to mention my tickets were $155 and the "insurance" covers only $77.60 (Less than half of what I paid?? Really??)
Their site says they'll cover 100% of your ticket costs and shipping but my Email says $77??
Site one says 100% site 2 (the specific details) says What the Company will Pay The Company will pay the non-refundable Ticket Cost, less any Refunds, up to the limits specified on Your Letter of Confirmation. THAT SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM TO ME
