These mall guards at the Del Mar Heights Town Center in Del Mar Heights Ca are ordered on a daily basis by the Allied Barton Supervisor to harass,physically confront,profile and violate the rights of pedestrians that are on public property in front of the shopping center. They are hired specifically to follow,harass and disperse people on public property that look poor,Muslim,Hindu,Black or foreign! Some ex employees that we spoke to have told us of internal sexual harassment,theft and drinking/drug incidents that are common among this group of Allied Barton Employees. Just recently, they berated,threatened and chased a group of local high school students who were standing on public property holding small signs for a school fundraiser! They even ripped up four of their little signs. If a customer ever loses or misplaces anything of value it is never returned! Kids skateboard all over the parking lot in front of cars all the time, purses are snatched and customers carts robbed without much response from these employees! When one guard was asked if he was concerned about a lawsuit or being paid a lot to do little, his response was"I don't care, the owner pays for that, not me"! Everything is being documented right now and a major lawsuit against Allied Barton and Property Management at Del Mar Highlands Town Center is coming soon!

Was www.localpolice.info supposed to hold all of the answers? If so then why is it just a "parked domain" with NO info?
Why do you need to mail documentation on the High School Incident? All it takes is a few seconds of typing to list the Date, High School, and Club involved. Are you afraid if you list them you will be found out? You didn't mention video's in your original post, but glad you admit that they do exist. So why not post them on YouTube? Heck, even one would go a long way to your claims, and I would probably be one of the first people to say so.
In looking back at your original post, I wonder if you just picked out a random mall for your motives. Because there is no center called Del Mar Heights Town Center, the closest you get is Del Mar Highlands Town Center. Also the area is just known as Del Mar, other than the street no one references it as Del Mar Heights. In fact if you want to get technical, it would be more appropriate to call it Carmel Valley. Even a 30 second check on Yelp would show this.
As for sending items to the address on record? What record? You were not even clear if you mean this web site, which by the way I have no part in other than just a regular poster. Did you mean this center, which again except for being to the center I think you mean a couple of times as a customer, I have no ties to it. Which by the way when I did go there I don't remember seeing roving bands of criminals or skateboarders, nor goon squads beating up people of other races. As I think if I did I would remember something like that. Perhaps they were gone on the day I was there.

So can you provide any proof other than the generalizations you gave?
Can you provide an exact case where someone's rights were violated when they were on Public Property?
What was the date of this incident with the High School Students? What High School do they attend so that people can contact the club supervisor(teacher) at the school and verify the incident.
When someone looses an item, by your wording you are insinuating that they are actually finding the item and keeping it. Can you provide one piece of Independent proof(that is not ex-employees) that they are doing this and it's not a case of a total stranger picking it up?
Can you any post copies of any Police Reports showing the Purse Snatching, or Car Break-Ins?
Since this has been going on for a while..you of course must have video's of this. So how about posting them.
Oh and if you are going to come back with "I can't tell you any of that because it will all come out in the court case"..don't bother. Because that would just show that you are not telling the entire story as to your reason behind this post.
