cincinnati Ohio 11/06/2007: Let us start with pay, not bad for what we do but you are either to warm in the summer and tooooo cold in the winter, no in between. So pay is okay.

Respecr, well as they all are saying with Allied Barton there is no respect period. What is that? Who knows, not the Account Manager nor the Supervisors. They want to use and abuse you in anyway then can if you let them. Respect double standards there is no RESPECT.

Benefits, what can I say at least I have something as a single mom with children. My ex. would fit in good here.

Home life they try to push you as much as they can, then you find out you have been lied to about how over time works, they can't keep you, ask Big Erick.Then you don't even get it on your pay, OH well I missed that, I didn't know you worked, Liar.

Location is good, only 20 mins top. Wish I could say the same for all the favorite bitches.

Co workers, some are in the same boat as me, they are here to do a job and get a pay check because if the Account Manager and Supervisors and the upper class don't care why should we?

Cincinnati Ohio 10/23/2007: The pay is the best of all for what we do. we don't brake our backs or even work hard, only very very little.

Respect you can toss out the door because if you are not one in the click, you watch your back or it gets knifed. You can't count on the accounted manager, he is the worst, double talks then agrees with you and does what his, favorites want him to, this is No Lie. It has been brought up to the higher ups but to keep the account and the name, which by the way if they are not a shamed of it is, Allied Barton Security. As long as things go ok, not good but ok they won't do anything to straighten it out. If you have a problem you have to find away to fix it. Then if one in the click does not like it then you are wrote up. You can not have respect for the account manager nor the supervisors or Lt's as they want to be called because they really do not care one way or the other. You are on your own. Team work is what this is suppose to be about but you can't get the Lt's off their duff to help or anything.

Benefits what can I say there is none, I guess a little better than none.

Forget about work/life balance, you have to tell them, No, then most of the time the worker that is do to relieve you show up late, all the time and nothing is never done.No show No call, 2- times if you are one of the favorites, if not you get fired or terminated at the end of your shift, Yes at the end of your shift. You talk about nuts well who in their right mind would stay? Not me I would call off, period.

No room to move up the ladder that was put to the test a couple of months ago. An officer that had been with Allied for several months and had had managment skills was the only one that put in for a Supervisors job, after the qualifications went out. Well guess who they hired after telling the officer he had not beenwiththem long enough. A man that has a couple years in law enforcement and 4 years in the milatary. Now mind you the guy that was given the job said he was only intereseted in being an officer, he was not with Allied at the time. Well what does that say? for moving up?

Location is great, everyone should be able to make it on time mins., from alot of different counties.Unless you are one of the favorites. I can't be one of them I am not a butt kissing kind of person.

No one has confidence in anyone there, which should start with account manager, he is to fake and it is showing more and more each day.Lt's they don't care plain and simple.

It could be a great place, most likely would be the BEST Allied has but like this statement says there is no confidence in the upper, account manager nor Lt's , which we are not a Police Dept. nor Milatary Base and like it states if you are not a favorite or in the click forget it

Cincinnati, Ohio 10/17/2007: respect, benefits, job security, career potential growth, Co-worker competence all suck pay is only good depending where you work. Corp. people do not care wheather or not you have problems with your work place and if you complain they turn the other way and let it go. Favoritism is way out of control and if you are a so called "no body" at a spacific sight you can believe you will not have a job for long. If you are one of the people that is shown favoritism you can call off, come in late and/or pretty much do whatever you feel like (even just not show up) without being disiplined or fired, but if your there to do your job your a target. Oh by the way one of there new policies is that you can actually have a no call no show one time, which is unheard of

Wilmington, Ma 10/09/2007: The only thing I like about this company was the location they gave me. It was a great place, BUT the person I had to release was a pain in the a*s, he thought he was like a supervisor just because he was alot older. The benefits were HORRIBLE, i mean we had no benefits period, except for a lousy medical, and dental that should've been free.
This company is just horrible, I would only advice 18 year olds to try and work for these people

Columbus, OH 05/15/2007: Well lets say pay sucks working bank sucerty for 9.00 call your supervisor expect a 3 day wait, even for incidents, I HATE You dont wanna grow in the company Location SUCKS horrible for parking car got windows busted out yeah and co workers NEVER seen one

King of Prussia, PA 10/04/2004: The company is very cliquish. It is about who you know and not what you do. There is no resolution to problems when harassment inevitably occurs. The HR department decisions are often overruled based on the word of corrupt individuals in positions of power. They also have very little support staff. Voice messages are rarely returned. Good work is not consistently rewarded with raises or any form of recognition.
