I was initially quoted delivery time 5-7 days. Person who gave the quote quit the company after 2 weeks (supposively). Received about 60% of goods on 2/17/03, after full payment. I'm still waiting for the rest (10-15k value, incl. motorcycle, 20 boxes of inventory and others). I tried to reach them 1-5 times per day for past 2 months. I've heard only excuses.
Owner, a mysterious 'Michael' was never in the office, secretaries kerry/sarah pretended to know nothing about anything. Michael turned out to be the owner (Moshe Schneider).
Now the companiy's 5 phone numbers are suddenly all disconnected:
I filed complaints with FCMSA, BBB and Miami Dade FBI. I'm afraid they just closed shop and opened a new one.
In a complaint I read they were also operating under the following names: Focus Movers, Countrywide Movers, Advanced Movers, Amerivan lines, United Express and others. They also are listed as SIAA Inc., HASI Inc., and operate with several DOT and MC numbers.
And their site is still out there...
