We sent them a certified letter in April and now it is September( our contract ends in October after 10 years, yes 10 years!!! They failed to get the certified letter to them 5 years ago!!)
They claim they never got it. Thank God we saved the receipt. Now they say we must go through their attorney and mediation to get cancelled. They refuse to cancel.
The people they are doing this to is in their 80's and on a government check! They said they have no problems suing them, that they sue all the time and win!!! What kind of crazy justice is that? Soprano lawyers!!! Please Do Not support such a piece of "garbage" company! If you do, you may face the same consequences as this 80 plus year old couple. They get certified letters threatening them with legal action! Take your business elsewhere so this UN-American company will fold.
