Allors Yorkies Susan Allor, Susie Allor, Vincent Allor Took A Deposit For A Puppy Then Never Gave Me The Puppy Odon, Indiana

Brittani sold many of my cats. Told me I hadnt contacted her and I had abandoned them. She forged papers for my female Bamabino to babbies yoda but funny my initials RS are on the papers. She still wont give my cat Wii back and tried to trade 2 kittens that were so sick that ended up having to be put down. She told me she was with her sick grandmother in Florida and could not get my cat to me because she had got her pregnant and couldnt travel. She is still in Taylorsville publically advertising cats and should be shut down she is the worar kind of person,

Well again Ms. Canterbury has lied again!  She was sent a settlement contract to sign given the amount that I would refund her after she posted on several different public site that I was refusing to refund her deposit yet I had not gotten her deposit when she posted this on all of these sites.  But for the record she signed a contact when she bought the puppy that states we do not give refunds but since I was the one backing out we were giving it back but not until I was able to contact our attorney to find out how to handle it since we had so many addresses for her and she had used someone elses credit card fraudulently and I was out funds for vet certification and micro chipping.    It came on the following Monday around 10:00AM she posted all of our banking information on a public web site known as Yorkietalk. We had to get a new checking account, new checks, new ATM cards etc.   Ms. Canterbury signed a legal binding contract that she would accept the amount we agreed on, remove all of her lies she has posted on several different public site including this one on Rip Off which she has not done.  I agreed that I would make no more contact with her or say anything else about her but after talking to my attorney he said by her not taking this off these sites she has broken the contract and therefore to go ahead and defend myself once again.  She agreed to make no more slanderers comments yet she just cant help her self.  She got caught making fraudulent payments through Pay Pal using other peoples credit cards without their permission therefore they are investigating her fraudulent activities on their site.  Our attorney is proceeding with defamation of character suet.  Since she posted on here we have been contacted by different persons wanting her correct address because they have judgments against her that they are trying to collect on.  I guess it is hard to find someone who uses three different addresses.  As for buying a puppy in Indiana there are several very good breeders here including myself.  This was just a person who got caught in several lies and we choose not to sell to her.  As long as you are an honest person you are safe making a deposit on a puppy.  Whoever sold her a puppy obviously did not check her out before they sold to her.  But she is very good a convincing you that she is a wonderful person.  I still find it amazing that she was able to be having a hysterectomy and talk to me on the phone at the same time.  This person has got by with doing this I am sure for a long time her lies just caught up with her and people choose to bring it to our attention that she was not telling us the truth about anything.  I wish her all the luck in the world too because I am sure she is going to need it if she stays on the path that she is on.   INDIANA IS A GOOD PLACE TO BUY A YORKSHIRE TERRIER PUPPY JUST ASK ANYONE WHO HAS BOUGHT ONE FROM US.

After much headache, and back and forth, my boyfriend and I decided to accept Susie's offer of returning half the deposit. Her attorney was a great help and was actually concerned for my behalf as well in this matter. I will never, EVER buy a puppy or place a deposit from anyone in Indiana again, but I thank Philip for his help. I have since purchased a gorgeous 10 month old show puppy from a breeder closer to home, so I guess its true that with the bad comes the good! I am glad that this matter is resolved peacefully, if not entirely satisfactory. I wish Susan Allor the best of luck in the future and I hope she has learned from this experience as I have.

I would just like to caution everyone who is reading this, to really make sure you know you are getting the puppy you are paying for. Consider using an escrow service instead of sending the money straight to the person to protect yourself.

Contact YT.com yourself and they will tell you that I am the one who requested them to close my account. When you have them close it, it becomes listed as banned because they do not have the option of "closing" it any other way from their end. It will show suspended if you do it yourself, but I did not know how and was too upset to care after you guys said such horrible things about me! In addition, YOU refuse to look at the proof Mira, that the POLICE and so far 4 other perspective buyers have so clearly understood. THAT I WAS NOT SCAMMING ANYONE!

Feel free to say I am lying, but everyone can see what is in black and white, and I will be having an investigation into the IP address for who started the slanderous and misinformed threads against me posted using my screen name on YT saying I was in the hospital. Even though they were not mine, they were not even asking for anything. I NEVER asked for anything on YT except advice.

I even stopped going on YT at SUSAN'S URGING due to the bad things they were saying about her! And for the last time, the screen name "Snookie" was not mine, it was my friend Jessica Campbell. So, post what ever you would like to. I dont care if you believe me or not because other people can see that I have no reason to lie. I AM THE ONE OUT $500, its impossible to scam someone by PAYING for something. You can only BE SCAMMED by not getting what you are paying for! Which is the case with Susie.

She backed out of a deal, that she agreed to AFTER the posts saying I was in the hospital showed up on YT. She and I talked all about them, and she still said it was ok to go ahead with the sale. She ONLY backed out AFTER the wire transfer was sent and she received proof of it being sent, via a copy of my bank statement. I will be getting further proof from HER bank tomorrow thanks to the Federal Service Request Trace that Chase bank put on the transfer today. I will be posting pictures of everything tomorrow to back up my claims.

What proof, solid proof do you have? Not idiotic threads posted on a random chat forum, but actual proof that I was out to scam anyone??? Show me that! I dont scam people, I was just trying to buy a puppy. Thats all.

Apparently, Ms. Canterbury believes that her falsehoods can be spewed like the BS she's so adept in spreading.  She is NOT suspended but, worse...BANNED!

I have copies of the email that I personally send to Admin at the above mentioned website requesting them to cancel my account and to close the threads that I had started due to the hurtful and slanderous postings made by Susan and her friends. I was NOT banned for any bad behavior on my part.

 Lisa (SugarMama) was paid within ours of being notified that her payment was rejected, and she agreed to post on the site that she had received the entire payment even though I have yet to receive the treats I paid for (whether this is due to the move I recently did, I can not say, and I expect to receive them any day now.)

I spoke with a police officer from the Odon Police Department yesterday evening, and he says that Susan Allor has finally agreed to refund my $500 deposit. I will be happy to report return of the deposit once I receive it and not before.

The situation regarding Brittani Canterbury vs Allor Yorkies began on a breed specific website for Yorkshire Terrier owners, www.yorkietalk.com.  I became aware of suspicious activity by Brittani Canterbury aka BabyBrizzy (yorkie talk sign name) after she failed to make payment for an order of dog treats from a Yorkie Talk member, Lisa C. (sugarmamma). 

Brittani Canterbury had requested an order of dog treats be sent out asap because her dog was going to have surgery.   Eventually Brittani Canterbury did make payment and then, almost immediately filed a charge back with PayPal against the Yorkie Talk member, Lisa C. (sugarmamma) for $28 dollars. 

Also at the same time, Brittani Canterbury was making arrangements to purchase a dog from Susan Allor (Allor Yorkies).  After a quick search of Brittani Canterbury's post activity on Yorkie Talk did we discover she was involved in some kind of problem with Susan Allor over the purchase/deposit of a puppy.

After researching Ms. Canterbury's posts on Yorkie Talk along with her MySpace account, enough inconsistencies became evident for both Yorkie Talk members, yoursotino (aka Susan Allor) and sugarmamma (aka Lisa C.) to make contact with each other to discuss their common situations about Brittani Canterbury.

There is strong speculation Ms. Canterbury created other Yorkie Talk user names:  "Snookie" to continue her scam on both Yorkie Talk members.  Once enough banter continued between all parties, Yorkie Talk Administrators felt it necessary to suspend Brittani Canterbury's account.  Almost immediately after both account sign on usernames, BrizzyBaby & Snookie were suspended, Brittani Canterbury made yet another attempt and created a third account & sign on name, WOW.  This username has been suspended by Yorkie Talk as well.

The other parties, Susan Allor (yoursotino) & Lisa C. (sugarmamma) both remain current members of Yorkie Talk and continue to have active accounts in good standing on Yorkie Talk.

Please carefully evaluate this unfounded claim by Ms Canterbury as fraudulent like the manner in which she conducted herself with both these innocent parties.

I have not once tried to scam people nor have I used different names. BabyBrizzy is my screen name, and like you, I have other people coming to MY defense! I have bank statements, wire transfer receipts, and also police reports to back me up.

Not to mention that Susan and I had discussed everything that was posted on YT BEFORE I sent her the deposit! She can NOT hold that against me because she said it was fine. Until I sent the money, ONLY THEN did she have a problem and decided to back out. I have spoken to a Police officer on the Odon, ID police force who is helping me get this taken care of.

I will be filing a civil case against her as well. I have documented proof as well as to why the paypal was returned, paypal processed the $515 payment 4 times so it flagged it as fraud. I would be happy to get a statement from PayPal AND the bank to verify this as well.

Don't call me a liar without evidence to back you up. And please, name one person I have scammed as you have said. I sent her copies of my drivers license and state ID. I don't even know her address! Who is scamming who here??

This person was purchasing a puppy from me first she sent a payment using someone elses credit card it went through and I was instructed to go ahead ship my merchandise after I transferred the funds   4 days  later which was the 8th of April  the payment was rejected they instructed me to contact her which I did then it went through only to be rejected again 8 hours later I was only contacted by pay pal quickly because when the first one was reject I explain this was a down payment for a puppy and told them if anything else happen please dont wait four days she was picking the puppy up on the following Tues.   It would take to many pages to explain all the different stories she told I was called my several people from Yorkie talk advising me not to sell to her they had been scammed by this person.  She was suppose to wire the money to me by 1:00 PM her time which was 3 my time which she didnt do until 4 her time.  She sent me a receipt for the wire but it was not signed and at this point I have received no money. This person in fact made several attempts to scam various people using different names, and was caught in the act. Brittani Canterbury, AmberLily, BabyBrizzy, Snookie, or whatvever hear real name is, nobody really knows.
