My name is Alexa and I started at Allstar Motivation April of 2011. When I first came to the business I was flat broke...I used all my money to move to Las Vegas from a small town in Oregon. As soon as I got moved in I knew I needed to find work. I answered an add on Craigslist and set up an interview with Allstar Motivation the day I called. I was hired after the day of the second interview and started work right away! How I started was a little different, I was immediately put into an office position to be the President of the company, Billy Nolans secretary. I was his secretary for about 8 months making "ok" money being on set salary. They continued holding interviews every week and was bringing in more and more people who were making more money then me! I asked Billy how I could get on their level and thats when the hustle was introduced into my life. I dropped the secretary position and started to hustle making more money each week. They have an 8-16 week paid training program and while I was in training I was able to upgrade my little saturn ion to a 2010 Chrysler 300 on 24's! That was within 5 weeks of the program! It was then time to move to the next step become "promoted". I was promoted to run my own business and have been running it now for a year. I make more money then what I know what to do with and was able to upgrade my little apartment in the "ghetto" to a nice condo in gated neighborhood...I run my own business and have successful people working for me who I am training to get promoted to run their own business! Ok so my understanding is this . First it was Scentra (still around ) then Johnny Whitworth who worked there broke off and formed World Perfume . Then somehow Johnny met Billy Nolan . I'm still not sure if Johonny gave Billy the company or Billy worked for World Perfume or what but All star motivation is a "break off " of World perfume . So you see all these peddle perfume scams are linked together . World Perfume is supposed to be done but I'm still not sure about if Billy took it over from Johnny & renamed it cause of all the bad press .

I worked for this company for quite a while. Long enough, at least, to know exactly how it works.

Most of what you hear is true. It is very sugar-coated. The problem is, each company has a separate LLC. So even though you might sell Allstar Motivation perfume, you probably do not work directly for that company, which relieves them of any liability.

You will have to tell lies to sell the perfume. You will most likely sell "rendition" fragrances- this is a nice word for generic. And you will be trained to tell people that they are designer. Or you might sell Billy Nolan's original brand. These really are his copyrighted fragrances. And they really are very low-quality. There is hardly any oil in most, the paint peels off the bottle, etc.

A few people will love it any buy all the time. Many people will chase you off their property if they see you again after the first time they use the product. Therefore, you will probably make less and less money, as I did, because territory gets burned through easily by the low-quality product.

Most of the time the pay structure is exactly what they tell you it is. I was always paid what I was promised. But it IS 100% commission. And most of you will not be good at it and therefore will not make any money. Most people do not hit bonuses. The averages they give you for their salesmen in your second interview are 100% false.

Yes, many of these people were once part of World Perfume. No, they are no longer affiliated nor is it the same product. It is slightly better now but still far from worth the money.

No one completes the training program quickly anymore because most of the companies are going broke. Recession-proof my hiney. It mgith not be because of the recession, but they are not doing well. You probably won't either. And while you are in training you are the most profitable so most of the time, when someone is ready to be "promoted," one loophole after another will hold you back. There will ALWAYS be something.

If you ever do run an office, you might never get your "credit line." You will pay 50 cents a bottle extra off your office until they have 3,000 dollars of your money and they will always find a way to keep it. Once you do run an office your name will be on a lease, you will have bills, and you will be stuck in the company forever.

If you work in Phoenix you will probably not get paid. From what I have heard from the few people that still work there, the "boss" DC rarely shows up for work, depending on his mood. No one sells anything, he cannot really pay bills, he is in a band or something now- which rehearses int he office, real professional- and he will not have the money to pay you. People that wor there now have not been paid in weeks.

Your chances are better in Vegas. The cars are real, for the record. I have seen every single one. But think of how many people are hired each week and how many end up with those cars. Your chances are not good. But none of it is an outright lie. Some people will be very successful. Most people will just make money for those few successful people.

Just watched the stupid video on the website ! This is just another World Perfume disguise . When they are talking to one of the guys , notice the World Perfume Plaque in the background !!

I can't believe this world perfume crap is still going on . I went on the interview back in 02 . In fact if you read the one from Beaver falls in Pa , I was at the same one . These people make up so many different names BUT ITS ALL WORLD PERFUME !  Back in 02 it was Capitial Management , I think they used Delta back then too . Like I said before at first I thought we were going to sell this stuff in bulk to major stores YOU DO NOT !! YOU PEDDLE KNOCK OFF PERFUME ON THE STREET !! and basically that the job !!

They told me that alot of week poeple would not make it in that business cause poeple are use to getting paid by the hour cause thay are week and dont have the skill to make it with out a job well at first i did not know what thay ment till i read these reports. thay were right. what losers. let me tell you how that company helps strong poeple. i answered the add for perfume sales. went in and Ace Whitworth with Prestige Worldwide

Ace Told me that i would have to learn to sell the product so i could train others to sell it. I though Hmm That makes Sence. so i went out and sold 50 bottles my first week. and he gave me a check for 500 dollars. i was like wow. so then he promoted me to asst manager over a group of poeple and i sold 60 my second week and make 650 plus money off of the people i trained then i got promoted to manager. and managed over 3 people and showed them how to sell this like they showed me and went out of town 5 times stayed in hotels for free and got my gas paid for. then ace Gave me my own office like his now im really making lots of money im so glad that add was in the paper with a little hard work and self confidence. you can do a lot i did not know that until ace whitworth showed me the way Thank you so much Ace.
