Allstate Claims Allstate claims is a total JOKE!! Internet

I was involved in a car accident 1 month ago with the lady that hit me at fault. She was insured with Allstate. My car went in to the shop about 4 days after the accident and they put me in a rental with enterprise. 3 weeks after the car had been in the shop, the body shop called me and said the car was ready so I went over there and discovered that my car was in fact not ready that my bumber was still broke in half all they did was tack it back up.

I went into their office and complained and told them they will not get payment until my bumper is fixed and thats when they told me that allstate didnt pay to get the bumper replaced. I called Allstate and they said that they will get the problem resolved. So I went and told the owner of the shop and also told them to call me once it was because it needs allignment work and I will call someone to tow it because I cant drive it bc the tire sounds like its ready to fall off and the wheel was locking up on me.

Well today I get a call from enterprise saying that they are taking legal action against me because they havnt had a payment in 11 days. Allstate put in their system the from the first time they said my car was done they put "complete" in the system so the rental payment had stopped and my car never made it to the allignment shop either and my bumper still wasnt repaired.

I called Allstate and they said to go turn the rental in until they get everything straight and go pick my car up because someone made a mistake in the sytem and they will not be able to get it fixed until the next week, so i brought the rental back and enterprise said if they didnt get payment in full before i walked out the door i will be immediatly turned into collections and will no longer be able to rent from enterprise in the united states again. I couldnt pay it so i called Allstate back and spoke with a supervisor and he apologized and said he will come to my house personally and do a re-inspection to bring my car back to the shop again.

Meanwhile I am no longer able to get a enterprise rental and its been turned into collections, and on top of all of that i have a car that i cant drive because my driver wheel is about to fall off! The body shop told me from the get go that they can only do body work that they dont do allignment but they charged an allignment and also added that there was nothing wrong with the steering or anything like that (how can they do that if they arent an allignment shop) I feel that i am getting nothing but the run around and not sure what to do at this point besides consult a lawyer.
