Allstate Finance fraudulent check with sweepstakes winning Winnipeg Manitoba

Additional information on Report #339604 I received basically the same letter as Victor from Daytona Beach FL. My letter included a check for $3980 and said I had to pay a tax amount of $3675. My tax agent was Lisa Finnland but the claim agent was same (Greg Ubah).

The check was drawn on the Mellon United National Bank of Miami Lakes FL. I contacted the bank and was told the check was fraudulent and I should throw it away.

I took everything I received to my local post office and they were going to pass it on to an inspector.
