I was scammed by Allstate. Allstate (the other party's insurance) sticks to their insured's version of the loss and that I made an unsafe lane change. If Allstate would have done their homework, they would see that the highway is ONE-LANE. There is no lane for me to change. William Sangster tried to pass me in a left-hand turn lane and swerved too quick hitting my vehicle. It's cut and dry. No adjuster has been out to inspect my vehicle, and Denise Corrigan and Nancy Oda (Frontline Perforance Leaders) with Allstate continue to claim their denial remains the same. We'll see about that.

Your insurance company will take your side unless there are undeniable facts showing the opposite. So their insurance company went with what they told them, true or not. The burden is on you to prove them wrong. If you cannot, you should turn it into YOUR insurance company who will go with what you say and attempt to collect from the other person/company. If they don't payup, they will go to arbitration and a panel of judges will decide who is at fault. This is how it works in the real world. It maybe different in La La land, but we are not there.

To the original poster. I can assure you Robert does not work for AllState. He has been posting on Ripoff reports for years - both helping those who deserve it and exposing those who don't. Please do your research. His advice is sound and his questions are relevant. Snapping at him will not help you. Answering his questions and listening to his advice will.

I view you as the wronged party here, and frankly, I don't understand why your own insurer is not helping in going after Allstate (you never indicated either way). What does the police report state? Is the damage to your vehicle worth hiring your own lawyer, or is your insurer paying for that lawyer? You never mentioned what your insurer or the police did.
Your attitudinous attack, however, on Robert was utterly uncalled for. He was dang sure NOT attacking you. If this is how you communicate with the other parties involved in this accident, small wonder you're not getting anywhere. If it comes to a court hearing, you best leave that clown crappola at home.
The adjuster has one job with Allstate, deny deny deny. They almost certainly won't cooperate unless faced with a court action, in which case, if the evidence supports your side, they will probably cave in.

What do I expect? Ideally, insurance companies would do a complete investigation. Instead, we have people like you who come up with all kinds of excuses about the status quo. I am in touch with an attorney, and you are a clown! Go entertain some kids.

- You are dealing with the OTHER insurance company. That would be as if you were getting sued, and expected the lawyer on the other side to work for you. They DON'T they work for their client. If you want someone to work for you, you need to find someone to do that. It is also the job of the adjuster to get out of the situation putting out as little money as possible. So even if they admit fault, it would be the job of the adjuster to have you accept as little money as possible.
You didn't give any details, such as exactly where your damage was, was there any police reports/citations issued, were there any independent witnesses. So it is hard to say if you were or were not at fault. But if you think they were at fault then it may be to your advantage to obtain a lawyer and go after the driver. If the amount is small enough you may want to just sue the driver in Small Claims court.
