Again, there IS a process. It is initiated through the financial institution the card is issued through. It is reported to them and THEY are responsible for investigating it through proper channels, NOT ALLTEL.

Once you realized the card was being abused, was the card cancelled IMMEDIATELY? Was the bank/issuing company contacted IMMEDIATELY? Blame the thief, not the company who will also be a victim once the dispute causes them to lose the money they were given using that card.
Again, don't blame the company...blame the THIEF.
